I was looking for a good used SUV within my budget. I shopped online to see what inventory was local and in nearby cities. I ended up buying a 2020 Subaru Forester from Cameron Downey. Cameron is a great salesman who really listens to you. My entire experience with Cameron in sales, Finance Manager, Jiah, and Body Shop Manager, Danny, was an enjoyable experience. What a great team! They standby what they say. I’m surprised how much I like my Subaru. It’s a very impressive vehicle. Thank you, Cameron, Jiah, and Danny!!!

I was rear-ended in my Explorer, so I took it to Harding's body shop. Danny was really friendly, and got me in very fast. Even though the repairs were covered by insurance, the price was very good.

After searching for weeks for a new vehicle I stumbled upon Madison Ford. Let me say it was the most pleasant experience me and my wife have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. We worked with Jesse. He was accommodating, patient, and got us into a new Explorer with a monthly payment below what we were asking for! Needless to say the wife was very pleased. We will continue going there whenever we need something new down the road as long as we get to work with Jesse. Ya know what they say happy wife happy life and I thank you for that Jesse

I don’t give 5 star rating often. But Madion Ford and their family of employees deserve that and more.
My wife absolutely hates car shopping. All the pushy salespeople and the whole pushing to buy today attitude who can blame her. Buying a car generally requires a good antacid or a very stiff drink.
That’s not the case at Madison Ford. Not once were we pushed into anything. The sales team understood that we weren’t sure what we wanted. That we had lots of questions and wanted to look at many options.
We drove many vehicles, keeping some overnight and even one for a weekend. It took us about a week to finally make it to decision on the purchase of a 2023 F150. During that time we got to know the sales team and all the management on more of a personal level the experience was amazing. With that being said, we turned around and bought a 2024 mustang two weeks later. And within four months, we have bought three vehicles and one camper from the team at Madison. The relationship we have developed with everyone at the dealership has become more of a family and friend atmosphere and not just a car dealership. We still go there to stop in and say hi to everyone when we have a chance . In fact, the last time we was there, salesman manager thought my wife’s car looked a little dirty and sent it back and had it detailed for us while we were visiting. I don’t know if too many dealerships that would take the time to do that for someone. I could go on and on about how wonderful medicine Ford and their team is . But it would be easier to just recommend to go see for yourself. We love everyone at the dealership and will continue buying our cars from them for the rest of our lives. Thank you. I.Love.My.Car. They were accommodating and flexible in scheduling visit. Had to cancel first appt at last minute- very understanding. At second appt they stayed past closing. They were kind, fair, and I did not feel pressure. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

From start to finish, I was shown courtesy and respect. When I brought my vehicle to the server department, they not only found the problem, but went the extra step to take pictures to show me the broken part. They have earned full trust and respect!! Pricing was reasonably fair for labor and parts as well. I waited on my vehicle in their customer lobby, which was comfortable and it took less time than expected!!

Far best dealership I've ever experienced..The people were extremely friendly and eager to help and at the same time dont pressure or harass you into a sale..I recommend speaking to Taylor May about your car buying needs.This guy works magic..He makes things possible..Very professional and wants his customers to leave happy. The purchasing experience was exceptional. Relatively quick and painless and they had me on my way in no time.

Let me start off by saying that my experience was delightful and that is usually not my experience with dealerships. Theses guys pulled it off and I was able to drive off in a used 2012 challenger that looked and smelled like new. The trip was 1.5 hours away and I let them know in advanced what I was looking for and didn’t want to drive there and be disappointed. The sales team sent me pictures of what I wanted to see and was pleased at the condition as it was listed. . My wife is due for a new ride and will certainly give them another shot for my business. I don’t usually give 5 stars but they earned it with honesty. Thank you .

We have purchased multiple new vehicles from our his dealership. They have always been awesome! Great sales and service. We still have them serviced our vehicles! Paul, Toby, and Dan in sales, and Eric and Dustin in service are always a pleasure to deal with. We will continue to deal with them in the future!

Larry had his Dodge Ram worked on. They did a great job. Took a lot longer than they quoted because bolts kept breaking off. They only charged what he had been quoted and no extra labor. Pretty sweet for him!!

The customer service was exceptional from the time I called to schedule this appointment, all the way through our vehicle repair.
The staff was friendly, accommodating and transparent in the assessment of the issue (there were two issues it could have been and there was no way to know which was the issue without fixing issue #1 first, and then re-assessing to determine if that was the fix).
I contacted 4 other Ford service centers trying to get scheduled for an appointment, and this was the only center that seemed to want our business. One actually told me that they couldn’t service our vehicle if we didn’t buy it at their dealership! I’m so happy I contacted the Madison dealership because they worked us in within 10 days, as compared to one month with two of the other centers.
The great service at the Madison, IN dealership was outstanding.

All the staff at Harding were outstanding. Dan did an excellent job from start to finish. Toby was great to work with on the financing side of the purchase. Paul was great to talk with and very helpful during the process. It was an easy no pressure sale at a great price. Thanks again for the smooth transaction.

The Techs and Managers were quick to fix my vehicles issues. Did not take very long either. The tech found the issue right away and got my car back to me within 2 hours. Great people !
