Very friendly staff. Knew exactly what I needed for coverages for both business and homeowners insurance policies. Easy to work with and I felt like I was important to them. Great emergency service. We had an issue where we needed to get insurance to a town in order to resolve a permit issue and avoid a $500 fine. Downey Insurance came through with the necessary paperwork to get the job done in just two hours. Great job!

Insurance is already great, but my review is for the Realty portion they offer! Yes they also do Real Estate. And it is an amazing experience, the professionalism is off the roof, and they provide the best help, specifically the realtor Lucas R. !! he helped me in every step and handled all matters especially since the loan people i had through a bank was very LACKING (also recommend to use Lucas loan team not directly with banks) He handled it all and he was able to get me a HUGE deal on my new home! reducing price from $286000 to $265000. I recommend Lucas and Realty Group from Downey 110%

Charlie Downey and his staff are top notch and deserve at least 5 stars. I have had many transactions with them over the last several years and they are always professional, prompt with the quotes for service, with great follow up.

I am thankful to have met Charlie. He gets it. He is an adviser in the true sense of the word. When I called anonymously for a quote, he pointed out serious issues that needed to be looked into, instead of just giving me a cookie-cutter price. He dug into the reasons why I need to be insured--on the first call--what I need to be covered for, etc. Other insurance companies just wanted some numbers and contact info, then turned around a generic quote in a few days. Charlie asked the "why" type of questions that are going to protect my family and my assets, instead of just providing me with the ability to say that I'm insured. I found out that Charlie and his family have been active members of the community for decades and are rock-solid in their reputation. I look forward to bringing my total insurance needs to Charlie, since he is a gem in an industry that can be very numbers-oriented and may be missing his personal touch. Charlie Downey & the team at Downey are always a pleasure to work with The staff is all welcoming, polite, and extremely professional. In my continuous assignments with Downey Insurance they have been the example of communication & teamwork.

I just moved to Massachusetts and registering/insuring seems to be much different than any other state. Kristina at Downey helped me make the transition smooth and kept contact with me through the whole transition. She also saved me about 80$ a month. So that's a big plus, I've never actually had service this great from an insurance company before. It's nuts how much they help you.

Brian was very helpful in explaining changes to my car insurance policy and walking me through the steps to set everything up!

Any issue or anything in regards to the insurance carrier, the team hops right on it and rectifies anything that needs to be. Insurance, Realty, Financial, they have it all and each department so far I see has amazing work ethic! Keep it up!
