Fortune Insurance Agency: Xingchun Hu

I have been with Hu's office for more than 20 years. I left him once for a cheaper insurance quote years ago. I went back to him after that insurance company hiked my premiums. He accepted me back without any grudge and offered me some good quotes. Over the years, I learn their service is decent. They always answer my questions honestly and in details. Overall, I appreciate their great service and they really have helped lots of customers over the years to get the right service with a fair price.

It is unprofessional to refuse to respond to customers, and the Agency took a couple of weeks to respond. They had been rude to me. Even in the conference call, they spoke Chinese on phone during a conversation. I was trying to get a renewal for my car, and the Agency was not in contact with the company. I found out by calling the company, and they said: "agency is not contacted to the company about my policy". Poor Service!

Really bad Service!!! All other comments are true. Please DON‘T do any business with them.
They never reply emails. They would nicely told you they would do what they were told but NEVER did even it's a car accident. Don't know how he is thinking.. Just waste everyone's time. I changed to GEICO but still stuck in disconnecting the old policy with Arbella through them... Really don't want to interact with them anymore

Horrible customer service, never got back with an answer to my question despite they'd read the messages I sent. Customers are not valued here. Walk away from this agency if you can.

Never sent the proposal after 3 weeks, despite calling so many times, leaving a message with Angel, and talking with the owner Mr. Hu they never sent us the proposal. They told us they would but never did.

Really poor service. Never with Angle Yang. She is very unprofessional. Mess up my name with someone else. Mix my policies between two different address. Never reply my calls. Terrible terrible service.

Request a few times for a refund check from a cancelled policy in the past three months. Never receive the refund. Poor customer service.
