Brady was a great help in deciding which hitch I needed and then getting everything ordered for me. The shipping was so fast, I almost couldn't believe it. Ordered on Monday afternoon..... delivered to my driveway by Friday noon......results may vary, but holy cow! Looks like a quality product, so I'm excited to put it to the test.....hitched and unhitched once, just to try it out.....super easy!

I placed a phone order with a lovely lady Angela who had terrific product knowledge and couldn't have made the transaction easier. I found exactly what we needed, 2 10' heavy duty ramps to convert an equipment farm trailer (with factory ramps just too steep) into a car-hauler for my collection of special interest vehicles, saving me the expense of a separate trailer! That would have been thousands instead of hundreds! Angela was able to give me a delivery date and she allowed me to use an advertised discount for first time purchasers. So I will use this fine company again when I have a need for trailer products and I will strongly recommend them to my friends. Trust GEN-Y!

I paid to have the Gen-Y Executive hitch installed by my selling Dealer. It is way easier to hitch up than I could have imagined. Currently on a 4200 mile road trip and the hitch is flawless. I am thankful I went with the Gen-Y Executive hitch when I purchased our Brinkley Z 2900. The days don't seem so long when the trailer behaves behind the tow vehicle.

We are utilizing a Boss 16K Gen-Y Hitch with our 30 foot travel trailer and F150 tow vehicle. WOW what an improvement in comfort and handling for us with the side benefit of being able to open our tailgate while hitched up.

Gen Y Hitch
High Quality USA Made Products. Actual Customer Service.
Here is my experience with Gen Y hitch. I had purchased their Executive fifth wheel pin
box. I had used it for a little over 1000 miles. It was firm at first but broke in as they
said it would. I then had the Morryde Independent Suspension installed and in doing so
my RV got raised. You see Morryde tries to get the ride height level as a lot of fifth
wheels seem to be nose high. I went from 13’4” tall to 13’6” tall. So I head over to Gen
Y to seek help to get back under lower bridges, lol. Brady looked at my situation. My
Gen Y pin box was all the way up and my adjustment on my B&W hitch was all the way
down so an adjustment was not possible. Brady suggested swapping out the pin box for
the executive goosebox set up. Now here is where actual customer service and a
company that cares comes in. My pin box was used by now. They didn’t have to do
anything for me but sell me the goosebox set up if I wanted. Nope they refunded all my
money on the pin box and sold me the new Goosebox set up at a discount!. Not only
that they offered to let me plug in and spend the night in the lot as it was too late in the
day to accomplish all this. I was raised Christian and Gen Y advertises they are a
Christian business. Honestly I never really thought about stuff like this even being
raised that way but in today's world with total a lack of morals and decency it was an
over the top surprise. So not only did I get all taken care of at the new Gen Y facility
Brady took me on an AWESOME tour of the new manufacturing plant. Shout out to
Ashley that handles the sales staff and the incoming phone calls and Brady for taking great care of me.

While waiting for our Gen-Y hitch to be installed we went for a tour of the factory and it was great! So far, we love our new Gen-Y hitch. Go for a tour, and ask for Brady. He gives great tours (and is so cute)!

I ordered a 10” drop, 16k Phantom hitch, and absolutely love it. I ran into a hiccup and called Genyhitch, I spoke with Noah and he went above and beyond to help me. The customer service I received was outstanding.

The hitch is solid and I’m very happy. I tow a 36’ triple axle trailer with a very expensive race car. You get what you pay for and I feel confident this hitch will last a life time.

We do camper transport and have our own 5th wheel. We started out with the torsion pin box for our own camper and I love it so much I think they should put them on every 5th wheel made! It does not beat up your truck at all and makes the ride so smooth. Then he started looking at the torsion receiver for weight distribution and again makes the ride so much better. Your products made this woman happy! Worth every dollar!

I saw all the testing and results that Brinkley had done on the torsion pin box. The reduction in shock to the trailer was fantastic. That made me look at the Gen-y Boss Torsion Flex hitch since I was picking up a new travel trailer soon. Received the hitch just in time to take my old trailer 100 miles to the dealer and pick up my new trailer. The difference in towing with the torsion flex is a night and day difference. Much more comfortable in the truck and I have to believe much gentler on the trailer. The porpoising experienced on rough roads and bridge transitions was cut at least in half, and I would say by nearly two thirds. I don't use weight distribution so it was all the doing of the Boss Torsion Flex. This is the real deal.

We bought a 2024 Brinkley Z3100 with a pin box. It didn’t pull well and clunked when we stopped. I switched to the Gen Y executive goose neck and now it pulls so well it’s like it isn’t even there. Additionally, we have worked with several employees from Gen Y and they are very helpful and responsive. They care about customer service and they truly live up to it. Excellent company!!

This hitch is a beast. You have to eat your Wheaties to lift it, but it is doing a great job of keeping our classic airstream riding smoothly. We are currently towing with a 1969 Dodge D300 flatbed. To say this truck rides rough is a massive understatement. It didn't even come with rear shocks when it was new. But the GenY hitch keeps our trailer from getting beaten apart by the truck. I just put a chain lock through the hitch so I don't have to lift it very often. Absolutely recommend!

Fantastic Product and Customer Service!!!

Here's the note I sent before I installed the hitch:

I talked with Ashley last week, looking for advice on what to order. She was very helpful on the phone, and we exchanged a couple of emails after I gathered the info needed to select the correct hitch for my fifth wheel. The last email I received before I had decided to order was close to quitting time and included an offer to help me on the phone with my order. I decided what I wanted but I didn't know whether I needed to order through her, or if it would be ok to just order online. I sent another email asking about that after closing time, expecting not to hear back until Monday morning. Instead, I got another very friendly and helpful message that let me know I could just order online. I was very grateful that she responded after hours.

I ordered a hitch and accessories after business hours on Friday. The order was processed early Monday and was promptly shipped out. It was delivered today [the following Wednesday], long before I expected it. I haven't opened any boxes and have nothing to say about the hitch yet (I'm sure I'll be pleased with it as well), but the high quality of logistics service by everyone involved in the process has astounded me. The packaging seems fantastic and the hitch and accessories delivered on a pallet and wrapped with plastic makes so much sense and is a better process than I have seen with other vendors. And the trucking company you used for delivery was outstanding as well. I was out of town today and didn't expect delivery. I called R+L customer service when I saw that the item was out for delivery, concerned that there would be a problem since I wasn't home. The customer service person there checked on the shipment and told me it had already been delivered. I thought "oh no, what have they done? How did they know where to leave it? Would I be able to get into my garage when I got back home? This is going to be a mess." Imagine my shock when I got home to find the pallet placed exactly where I would have asked the delivery person to leave it. And not in an easy place to drop it--it was placed on the driveway, but in a position not blocking anything. The driver clearly thought "Where would I want this big heavy thing if it were my house" and then put it there.

I have now installed the hitch, along with the goosepuck, and I absolutely love it. I'm coming from an Andersen Ultimate and was quite happy with that hitch. I just wanted to get bed space back when I was hooked up. I expected the Gen-Y to function just as well as the Andersen and hoped I would get some improvement in ride quality. I've taken one 300 mile round trip with the new hitch. Wow! The company says the ride will smooth out after a 1000 mile break-in period. Even without the full break-in, the ride is really smooth and solid. Having never used a traditional fifth wheel hitch, I'm not sure I know what chucking is, but I'm pretty sure I have none with this setup. I am really happy!

Now the two challenges:

First, this thing is really heavy, which makes installation a bit of a challenge. I used a small tractor front end loader to assist and was able to get it installed in a reasonable amount of time and everything fit together just fine. The hitch may or may not have fallen off the loader during the process, but I won't get into that. After initial installation, I needed to adjust to get a bit more bed rail clearance. Dropping the hitch down a set of holes was pretty easy.

Second, getting lined up to hook up is a bit more challenging than with the Andersen. After the first couple of hook ups with the Andersen, I was able to get lined up just using the truck's cameras and looking over my shoulder. With the Gen-Y, I have to get out and look, usually a couple of times, to get the hitch over the ball.

I have an F250 with a standard bed and factory puck system. The goosepuck is essential for me to have confidence with tight turns and is also necessary for reasonable clearance between the tailgate and camper when hooking up.

Oh man oh man oh man, I love ❤ my Gen-y torsion hitch. So smooth, my trailers just don't beat me up any more. Gotta see them, then try one. Worth every dollar . I think I'm getting better mileage because II don't spend so much time bouncing up, down and around.
Thanks Noah and the gang at Gen-y hitch.

Hardware and Customer service excellence! As the bumper sticker states, "I have 99 problems, but my hitch ain't one." The measurements Gen-Y recommended worked terrifically. My new hitch sits right where it needs to for a flat tow. Fit and finish are 100%. There was no missing paint or chips in the finish (leave that to me, lol). It was packaged so well, the box had to be cut in half around the middle to get the hitch out (they use expanding foam). The solid stock of that 2.5" hitch adds to the lack of rattle and jarring from hitch to truck, even down the 2.1 miles of dirt road to the house. There was a minor snafu with one of the accessories I ordered; (Somebody) sent the wrong part. They overnighted a correct replacement and issued an RMA and USP shipping label to send back the other part. Communication was superb. I knew when the hitch shipped and when to expect delivery down to a four-hour window on this end. I did not think about this until I experienced it. When not towing a trailer, if you have those fancy rear collision sensors, they will alarm on the hitch when the truck is in reverse. Again, I am just amazed at the quality of the fit of this hitch. Every part fits and moves flawlessly. If you are on the fence about pulling the trigger when buying one, I highly recommend you make the purchase. For those that care, I paid for this hitch and accessories myself; it was NOT provided for review. Happy Towing with your new excellent GEN-Y hitch!

I ordered the boss 21k torsion flex hitch. The hitch is a massive piece of equipment. It's very heavy. But I wanted something that would work across all my hauling needs. I have a gmc 2500. I haul tractors, rvs, utvs. My backhoe was a bouncy ride hauling and now it's all absorbed at the hitch. It works awesome. I would never use any other hitch.

It was such a pleasure talking with Noah. We discussed in depth my dilemmas about two hitches (Glyder & Boss). Which might seem simple to most "trailer people", but I just recently upgraded my whole trailer package from 12' X 7' X 7' @ 2200 lbs empty trailer to a 20' X 8.5' X 7' @ 3400 lbs empty. While I was very proud of my box of balls...and hitches too - none of them were adequate for the transition.
My concerns: On one hand, once I've loaded the new trailer it would be running on the high end of the Glyder's 7K lbs total rating with my 680 lbs of tongue weight. However, on the other hand I feared that even the low end 10K rated Boss was going to be over kill for me most of the time. Multiple reasons why: # 1 - Almost everything at my house that uses my balls - do not require a 5" drop or 2" rise. # 2 - The sheer fact of the weight difference (Glyder @ 26 lbs easy to lift in place OR the Boss @ 70lbs which might require help from another person). # 3 - There has to be a minimum amount of tongue weight in order to even experience the benefits of the great Torsion flex.
The shinning star in this story was Noah. He helped me understand where my #'s were and how the specific items would respond to those numbers. Now this trip with the RV in Sept, I should have one less thing to worry about. Not to say that I'm going to be vigilant - I just don't think I will be white knuckling it the whole way.
The hitch is on it's way to me and I am excited!
I am really glad that Noah was my sales person and I will definitely buy from this company again.

Final message to Management: Noah is a keeper!!!

Customer Service with Gen-Y Hitch is superb.
Products arrived quickly after purchase and were packaged well.

The only issues were with the company that does the shipping (not Gen-Y Hitch) as my products were left on the side of the road near mailboxes that weren't even on my road. Make sure you get the shipping info from Gen-Y, so you can keep track of what happens after it leaves Gen-Y Hitch's hands.
