Came here to get a new bed since I’ve had the same one for 7 years and was met with outstanding customer service. The best experience I’ve ever had in any store. Employees were friendly and helpful. Came to get a certain model bed frame and employee suggested a better one for alittle more and local. The other store employee was friendly and helped me get the frame into my vehicle. Highly recommended

Tasha was very helpful and made sure she offered multiple choices that fit the range I was looking in including the lower end. She was very knowledgeable about different products and how I may benefit from them.

After researching online we thought we knew what we wanted but Tasha showed us some other things that were actually much better suited to our needs and was very patient explained things several times and got us some great discounts and we could not be more excited to get our new beds and adjustable bases.

Having had spinal surgery with titanium rods implanted a couple of years ago found me ready to shop for a new bed this week. Research led me to Mattress Firm South where Matt introduced me to the latest and greatest products on the market. I was able to feel good making my final decision after half an hour of discussion, reclining and adjusting of mattresses. Matt is truly a sleep expert with outstanding listening skills! He first listened to why I was shopping, what I was looking for, steered me from one type of mattress to another, assessed my responses to adjustments, and ultimately, brought me to the adjustment that made me say “ahhhh”.

My husband and I went to see what they had on sale. Matthew answered all of my questions and wasn't pushy. He was very informed about the products and explained everything well. He also gave us all the total prices up front. I highly recommend buying from him.

Tasha was really wonderful, we went in to the store looking for a mattress for my 6 year old and left with said mattress AND an adjustable bed frame with all sorts of feature weatures 🤣 she did a great job explaining their products and allowing us to try out the features, and then she gave us space to make our decision. Definitely recommend Tasha and her team in Dunlap!

I think Matt is great! He is so knowledgeable about mattresses. He will do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable with your purchase! He asks all the right questions so to be able to pick out something tailored for your sleeping habits. I met him in Mishawaka and followed him to Elkhart just to buy from him. He can even pick out a pillow to make your bed even more comfortable. He is a great asset to the company. He truly is a mattress expert.

I am very pleased with the greeting that I received as I walked in the store. Matt and his co-worker were very professional. I have done business with them before and was 100 percent satisfied. Because of this I was given a big discount on my purchase today. This will be my number one choice from now on.

Matt was extremely knowledgeable and wasn't afraid to give us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We have gone with cheaper choices in the past and he explained WHY we ended up being disappointed with more aches and pains. He answered all our questions. Recommend him highly!

Very pleased with my experience here. This sint thr first time and definitely not the last time I purchase from them. Dylan is great. He has some stuff to learn still but I really feel like he is not all about making a sale. He genuinely cares about you finding the right comfort no matter if the set is a cheaper price. He also did everything he could to keep me in my price range, to be honest I was able to get me and my father a mattress with the same amount of money I had planned for 1. Great job dylan and I hope you stick around. We need more people in sales like you.

Salesman was knowledgable about the various types of Tempur Pedic mattresses available in our price range and tried to give us info. on each. He was friendly and willing to listen to our needs.
