Keystone RV Customer Service

We have a 2020 Sprinter Campfire with a center bunk house. Rear living room and we love it we have made a lot of family memory’s in it.

We reached out to Keystone customer service because we had an issue with the bedroom slide out. We worked with Julie and Darrel and they were awesome! The unit was repaired, to better than new in a shorter time than anticipated and kept us informed through the entire process! Very pleased with Keystone!

Our rear axle broke on our Cougar 5th wheel while on an interstate & we had to be towed to a nearby parking lot. The local repair shop could not find a replacement from anyone within 100 miles. We called Keystone customer service for emergency assistance. Shelley Zartman & her team not only had the correct axle, they shipped it 2-day air, all at no charge. Thank you Keystone for your help.

I've had a couple problems with our 2019 bullet premier travel trailer. But the biggest problem is the RV dealers fixing the problem I've called customer service they have been outstanding in getting the problem fixed. If you are having a problem with a dealer make sure to call customer service they will get things moving. update customer service had a replacement part sent out received it 4/16/22

Keystone is world class. Great customer service and good people throughout.
