My company sends sympathy floral arrangements when an employee's relative passes away. Because we are based in Georgia, ordering flowers online always feels like a bit of a trust fall; we don't usually see the end product to know for certain the arrangement looked as expected.

For a recent funeral in the Goshen area, we chose Wooden Wagon for our floral delivery. Their prices are standard for the industry, $70-$100 for a sympathy bouquet, plus $12-$15 for delivery. I would not say they are priced competitively nor would I say they are exorbitant; it was what I expected for arrangement of the size and style selected.

A funeral attendee sent me a photo of our arrangement at the visitation. I was happy to see no errors or typos on the attached memo card! (A common experience with florists sadly.) The flowers were delivered on time and with short notice too. The bouquet looked exactly like the online display photo. I received a receipt via email. You'd be surprised how many local (non-franchise) floral shops don't provide an email option, but Wooden Wagon made it easy to get my receipt.

Wooden Wagon was wonderful! We ordered 2 funeral arrangements over the phone as we're from out of town. They were so attentive, helpful and caring. They helped us figure out what we wanted and the arrangements were so beautiful! I highly recommend this shop for your floral needs! You won't be disappointed!

I live out of state and called to purchase a floral arrangement/delivery for my daughter in Goshen. Brooke was so pleasant, helpful and kind. She arranged a gorgeous birthday bouquet and delivered it within a few hours! My daughter used to work for another florist, and she was very impressed with the flowers and arrangement. Thank you, Brooke, and I will definitely order more in the future!

Very cute little shop. The owner was very helpful and attentive even though she was super busy. Not from the area so I just googled flower shops so decided to give them a try and was glad I did.

I came to Ruby a month before my wedding on Mother’s Day weekend for my bouquet and boutonnières. My bouquet was absolutely STUNNING and Ruby was a joy to work with!

Cute little shop in town that had nice flower arrangements. Only downside is that Pike street is loud and stinky. If the city fixes that the shop would be perfect

Wonderful, compassionate service for two funeral arrangements. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for as a memorial to my nephew.

I had them do my corsage and boutonniere for prom and they did an AMAZING job! The ladies were super helpful and with a picture of my dress they helped me put together a pretty corsage!

I have had this place put flowers on my parents grave for at least 15 years. I call from Florida and the take them to grave site for me.
