I always order online. My order is always ready at the time I need it to be and is fresh and tastes great. I ordered the Chipotle spud earlier this week and it was HUGE. Very filling and amazing flavor.

The food is wonderful but only bad thing is when you have the receipt in your own hand and they mess up on your food an when the night shift gives you a hard time about fixing your order to make it right and big thank you to the manager Brandon for fixing our order !!!!

I hadn't been in probably 8 years... because the 1st time I went it was awful! But decided to stop in a few weeks ago & it's been my favorite place since!!

Had a McAlister club with steamed broccoli. Was so good. My friend Justin had a salad that was so good looking.

The food was good but our soup was cold and it took almost half an hour to get our food.

This was my first visit to a McAlister's Deli and I was super impressed by the staff. It was busy lunch time, and they pumped orders out so efficiently! I had a little bit of a wait, but feel that was to be expected considering the time frame. The manager was hands on packaging orders and delivering food. He asked the name on the order I was waiting on and even offered complementary cookies to make up for the wait. I hadn't even complained, so it caught me a bit of guard. I declined, but kudos to him for offering. I definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer! Food was delicious and cost is on par with the type of food establishment this is. High fives to all the employees. Great job! 👍

Food was perfect. When guests asked staff to turn up the heat because it was cold they didnt hesitate. It warmed up quickly. I love the nacho basket, salads, broccoli and cheese soup and we'll everything.

All my favorite people work here! They always make sure to say hi and to put lots of love into the food they make. I don’t believe these workers get enough appreciation so I try to always write them a note to let them know that I care:) I forgot my pencil this time so I thought to write a review instead! Great costumer service!! They made sure my food was correct and Melissa recommended a peach spot in my sweet tea and it is my new favorite! Always made sure my cup was full :) The people in the back made my food correctly despite my crazy modification. I believe their names are Kaitlyn and Gavin. Overall amazing service, definitely will return!!!

I stopped in at lunch time and it was busy but the line moved quick. There was a guy who opened the door for me, and he was there again when I left. I like that. I don't personally like automated doors, but I also hate opening my own door. This worked perfect for me. The tomato bisque is delicious. The staff is all friendly, I would definitely come here again.

Delicious food!! Good atmosphere!! Definitely a good place for lunch!! When it's really busy the waitresses seem a little confused but that can be a little understanding I guess. They do mess some things up though. Only issue I had was the girl taking my order didn't listen and put avocado on my BLT.. GROSS!!!!! AVOCADO DOES NOT GO ON A BLT !!! SORRY!!

Thank you very much for the hospitality shown to our church group who came tonight. I called ahead to request a table for 15 on the patio. It was all set up for us. They were excellent on keeping drinks filled and offering extra pickles!! Even though we stayed till almost closing time, they were all very nice. Thanks again Bedford McAlister's!!

A very nice & clean place & the people cooking the food wore gloves. They also were very busy but our wait wasn't long & believe me their food is delicious. The staff were very nice. Even to some people getting impatient which was ridiculous! It was lunch time after Church. They all did the best they good.

Love this place and food but the potatoes have been old last 2 times I was there. I worked in restaurant business for 12 years so I know what an old potato looks like

Picked up lunch for 8 people for a business lunch. The staff are so awesome! It was amazing to see a team working together so flawlessly- I was honestly really impressed.

A+ for food and service. Great healthy selections with sandwiches, baked potatoes and salads plus much more. Super customizable (ask for extra meat) and huge portions. The people working there were friendly, nice and helpful from ordering it, getting refills and getting to go containers. Highly recommend.

McAllister's rarely fails to impress, and this time was no different. Service was friendly and swift, even though they were busy. Food was delicious and filling, definitely going to be a return visit in my future.
