SureStay Plus By Best Western Jasper

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Holiday World. Nothing to complain about. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and spacious. They had free breakfast which was great since I’m a sucker for those lol. This was my second time staying at this hotel and I would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.

Very nice place. Great service friendly staff clean rooms nice indoor pool and hot tub. Little arcade area. Breakfast included also has a snacking area and serves adult beverages as well which is nice rite inside the door of the lobby Business center as well. The owners are great amazing people as well.

It was an old hotel but clean. The rooms were comfy. Beds were great and clean. Water pressure in the shower was good. Heated pool although small was great as well as the hot tub. If I’m back in the area I’ll stay here again. Breakfast was typical affair. Warm and filling.

Best hotel in Jasper. Me and my wife like to get away from our kids one night a week or so and we have been to every hotel in Jasper. This place checks all the boxes, it has a pool, hot tub, hot breakfast, a bar, and the staff is friendly. The rooms are always clean and they do a good job keeping it that way, good job. Also, it's very affordable

The location is a little bit out of the way. Overall this hotel is great. Rooms could have been cleaner but the bed, sheets and pillows were like new and very comfortable. Pool was small but open. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good we had biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, muffins, cereal, bagels and toast, eggs, and juice to choose from. We went to Holiday world then spent the night and it was a great hotel for that

What a wonderful motel. Rooms were comfy and had a great tv channel selection. Front desk staff were very friendly. We stayed there a week and no problems. Parking lot was clean and no parties

The pool was nice and clean and the hallways coffee kept running out busy week understand housekeeping can focus on bathroom more had to clean it before use loved that they had a game room for the kids 😀 overall it was a good stay. 👍

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean, they take pride in the establishment. Hot tub & pool where clean. Will come back the next time I’m in town. Also will recommend to friends & family. The greatest hotel I have ever been to. Fantastic people, beds were comfy, and if you need to chill you can go tonthe hot tub or the pool. Overall with my trip to Holiday World, I could stay a night here without going anywhere and have a good time.

By far one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. Right from the start we met Sonia who gladly allowed us to view a room before deciding to stay. Sonia was very helpful and understanding. Even though she had nothing to do about about our previous night stay (at a different location) she still showed concern and seemed apologetic. Upon entering the room, there was no denying the staff from housekeeping to management take pride in their hotel. Immaculate! We had such a good experience at the SureStay! The breakfast was a wonderful surprise with HOT items and a wide variety of other foods. All fresh and appetizing. The attention we received at breakfast was pleasant and accommodating in every way. Definitely recommend and will stay there again if in the area.

Very comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning in our room. Great selection in the little amenities shop by the front desk. The hotel also has a small arcade by the back door with fun games, also a very clean swimming pool and hot tub area. We will definitely be back.

Great quiet place to stay in Jasper. I've stayed here a couple times this year. Front desk staff is friendly and kind. The modern rooms have been clean and free of odors. Decent continental breakfast in the morning with some hot items like sausage and or bacon. I will stay again.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff is exceptionally accommodating. We were travelling back from vacation from a condo overlooking the gulf of Mexico. In all honesty, this place has been a vacation from our vacation. Our room was clean. The hotel was quiet, yet the happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby was fun. This place is a must for the price if you are in the area.

I'm a truck driver and my company paid for two nights at this hotel. After ten hours driving up here to get to a new location with a new truck, the rooms were quite refreshing and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was nothing to bother me during my sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and wonderful.

My only critique is the unusual entrance into the parking lot as well as the unusual location of the main entrance on the other side of the building with no signage indicating it's location. This is useful for food deliveries since I did use dominos and there was a slight issue with delivery because of that. My recommendation is to provide signage on the rear of the building, facing the parking lot entrance, to point customers and deliveries towards the main entrance.

Other than that, I can assure you that this hotel is on the list of places I'd enjoy to stay at again. They have a small bar (unfortunately couldn't enjoy it since I'm a driver) and small food provision area. They also provide breakfast from 0600-0900 in the mornings. I wouldn't call it a top of the line hotel, and there are small quirks to it that are manageable, nothing specific to state just things in used to experiencing, but for the state of the hotel and the extent at which the staff try to provide a good experience? I'd say it's a wonderfully comfortable stay and some place I'd recommend.

If you're coming here expecting butlers or five star service, you're in the wrong place. Several other hotels in the vacinity may provide that. This hotel however is situated out of the way, away from the noise and issues of the main city proper, but also in a good location to get to most of where you want. It's somewhat difficult to find and get to, but that isn't the fault of the hotel, but rather the weird layout of this part of town.

In the end my recommendation remains the same. I'd stay here again. I felt comfortable band welcomed, the staff were professional and courteous. I was given clear instructions to my room and my questions answered professionally. As a truck driver, I would both stay here on the clock and if I was on vacation.

Seriously, the owner and his family are the nicest people I’ve ever met. The hotel is super clean and the staff is couldn’t be any better. My family was stranded at this hotel on Sunday because a wheel bearing went out on our vehicle. We had already bought tickets for Holiday World and had no way to get there. There were no places open for car rentals on Sunday and we were out of options. Without hesitation, the owner of the hotel gave us a discounted rate for our rooms for the extra night and offered to take my family (7 of is), to Holiday World and pick us up when we were ready to come back. This type of customer service is unheard of. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! This man saved our day and made the trip! We will forever be grateful.

This hotel is really good! No bad things about the rooms so far. Me and my family planned a night here, we saw no mistakes about the hotel. But for some reason, not a lot of people stayed here during our presence. I really liked the pool and spa, they're a hit! Although it'd be nice if you added a ceiling light to make the room brighter. Thanks to the staff of the hotel for running it this way! 😃
