Staff is always so nice and helpful. Store is always very tidy and organized. I shop here frequently and have never had a bad experience.

I absolutely love these girls!!! They're always so sweet and ready to help. I usually don't take my kiddos, but I never felt as though they shouldn't be there. Actually, they seemed to be quite fond of them. The store was clean and organized...thanks to 2 little helpers! :)

Friendly and helpful staff. I feel like they truly appreciate the work they do. Could be because its hard finding a job during these times but Ive always known them as a company to provide great customer service.

Thank you! I don't typically shop at Bath and Body Works for myself but today my husband and daughter went there seeking a gift for Mother's Day (knowing I buy it for everyone BUT me). As to what they said, they had an awesome experience. There was a young gentlemen who helped them out tremendously. My daughter told him caramel, my husband said fruity and he found the perfect in-between for them to pick for a gift. It couldn't be more perfect. I'm not sure what his name is but I'm hoping this review will find him and his upper management. He deserves the praise as taking those 2 combinations and finding a scent that is an awesome inbetween, he did an excellent job. Thank you! I hope this review finds you and brings you joy for a job well done!

It was the Black Cherry Merlot. OMG. If you haven't smelled/tried/bought it, you need to!

Ladies working were super, super helpful and friendly!! I was in there a long time bcuz I just couldn't decide which fragrance and they were very patient with me. I do wish u could lower prices tho, (who doesn't) I spent my almost 100.00 budget, lol

Everybody was nice and I enjoyed they would show me things that was 50% off and I really like the people that work there I was very satisfied

I love shopping at Bath and Body Works of Greenfield. Lucinda and Heidi are like family!!! They always fill us in on all the new products since my sisters and I are frequent customers. They are very caring and they know the products very well. I reccomend this store to everybody!

This location is great, I love that it's one of very few locations left where you can just go right in without having to enter the mall. They always run great deals, and their holiday scented candles are better than yankee!

Not sure who the guy is that's working there today (I think he might have been the manager?) but he was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! So helpful and welcoming. I'll definitely be back.

One of my favorite stores. I love all the sales and offers they always have. All the associates at this location is wonderful.
