We get all of our jewelry repaired and altered at this store. They can fix almost anything, including antique jewelry and properly sizing rings. They are always friendly and prompt with their services. From watch battery replacement to detailed prong replacement on a diamond ring. They are an old-school classic jeweler in a world of franchised expensive super stores. Very refreshing, level of personal service.

Whenever I have been in Pitman Jewelry Shop, I have been consistently so impressed by how wonderfully I and every client are treated. Their ethics are unequivocal which is such a rarity these days. Their service personifies professionalism. The sincerity of their caring is exemplified by their visiting clients in the hospital and honoring clients at their funerals. Typically, most do not have a need to see a jeweler that often, but that doesn’t matter to those at Pitman Jewelry Shop. Regardless of the transaction size or the frequency, the client care is sincere, warm, and welcoming. They are my go to jeweler, and I TRUST them completely.

I stopped in yesterday to get a watch fitted. They helped me immediately, did a great job, it was quick, and they were extremely nice! I would 100% recommend for any jewelry needs!

March 20th, I went to the Pitman Jewelry Shop to replace my husband’s watch band. I’ve known of this jewelry store since we moved to Glassboro in 1989. They give great care to customers then as they do now. They are excellent at customer service and knowledge in jewelry and it’s repair. I was immediately acknowledged upon entry. The lady asked if I just wanted the catch replaced instead of the entire band. She waited patiently as I called my spouse to make that decision. She located a blue band that matched my husband’s suit as father of the bride. As I waited for her to replace the band, I browsed. As attentive as always she asked what I was looking for and showed me the displays. I told her of my experience with Z——. I bought a pair of 14k stud earrings from the children section and within a couple of weeks the post bent then broke. She explained to me the flower earrings I was looking at was made sturdier and how to clean it. I purchased those studs and a pair of drop earrings. Happy customer that was provided with excellent customer service.

Love this little jewelry shop. Very personable. Great prices. Pitman jewelry shop is my go to to fix any of my broken jewelry. I totally trust them. Pearl is an awesome lady. This is my "go to" place for jewelry purchases for more years than I care to remember. Customer service is top notch and the staff is knowledgeable, accomodating and friendly. The shop's selection is extensive. You will not be disappointed if you shop at Pitman Jewelry!
