Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I appreciate the opportunity to share a positive review for Valvoline. Their products consistently deliver reliable performance, and their customer service has been excellent in my experience. I trust Valvoline for quality automotive care.

15 minutes for oil change and headlight replacement, which was great. Everyone was very nice and informative. I was able to use a coupon from their site as well.

Great place to get a high quality oil change performed. We were only there for a little over 15 minutes. The oil change was being performed while they changed a wiper blade. And an air filter. We go there a lot.

Getting an oil change at Valvoline is very convenient and quick. You don't even have to leave your car while it's done. The crew at the Deptford location are knowledgeable and very helpful.

All of the staff here is always kind and respectful. This is the first place I’ve been as a woman for an oil change and felt comfortable!! And they don’t push extras at all, just explained what their suggestions are for additional service and moved on.

This is my first time to get my oil change done at this place for my Lexus RX 350. They are friendly and professional. They are honest to me of what I should saved from group coupons. It was a great experience and fast from what Lexus dealer gave me. In term of pricing, it was way cheaper than my Lexus dealer to get the same job done. I recommended this place.

Chrissandra Was an amazing person to know she did a fantastic job explaining everything to me and what needs to be done next as well as showing me the oil filter being change. All I can say is she Rocks

I have been to this location several times and always impressed. Highly knowledgeable staff that really embodies great teamwork. Everything was clearly explained as you could largely watch the work get done. From basic oil changes to more complex maintenance, it has been a consistent positive experience.

This was the best oil change experience I've ever had. I recently moved to the area and will always use this location! They didn't push the upsell tactics AT ALL and actually told me I didn't need a new air filter yet!

Great people. Very helpful. Very reasonable lying priced

Everyone was friendly and they all wore their masks correctly. The store was clean and seemed to be properly taken care of. I normally do my own oil change but didn't have time. These guys got it done quick.. They also do more than just oil changes if needed. Prices are a little higher but you're paying for the convenience of getting it done quick rather than waiting all day for your car back. (Free tip, you can go in and get air in your tires and fluids topped off for free, all you have to do is ask.)

Friendly manager and staff. Price is slightly higher for premium oil change but worth it because staff is super efficient, friendly, and values your time. They also don't try to pressure you to buy their premium offerings.

Probably the easiest and friendliest oil change I've ever gotten. I must have been in and out of the drive thru within 10 minutes. Eddy took such good care of me that I'll probably come back to this location for my next oil change, even though it's not close to home.

What a pleasure it was to come here today. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Ken was amazing at explaining things to me and helping me understand what my vehicle would need now and in the future.
He was honest and trustworthy, which always is refreshing in this business as a woman customer.
