Dr. Bills’ entire staff makes going to the orthodontist a fun, pleasant experience but I especially love Abby! She always works with a smile and makes the kiddos feel comfortable and safe if they are nervous. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for organized, efficient, and family-friendly services.

We just finished my son’s expander treatment. We are now in a retainer (which he got to pick his own color which was his favorite part). Appointments were easy, everything that was explained in the beginning, happened! Now we wait until braces time which I actually am not dreading because of this office.

It’s been an absolute pleasure being able to take my son here for treatment. We’ve tried many other offices and I’ve never been able to match the excellence of the employees here. They’re super friendly, kind, and truly know what they’re talking about when it comes to dental treatment. I wouldn’t feel right sending my child anywhere else!

Dr Bills and his team are the best! I just finished my Invisalign treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. All 4 of our kids were patients of his too and they all have beautiful smiles! We took our oldest there in 2017 and I can honestly say over the last 6 years we did not have a single bad experience with anyone in the office. Always pleasant, always helpful…they’re the best!

I usually don’t ever write reviews but this is one of the rare times I will take time out of my day to do it. The experience from start to finish was unbelievable. I never felt like I was going to get my braces adjusted, or to any sort of dental appointment. I got excited to go in for my visits because I knew I was going to be in and out but also while being in and out so quickly, greeted by the nicest front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. i mean, how rare is that? A front desk staff that smiles as soon as you open the door? Excited to see you and help you, make small talk thats positive not just asking your name. Secondly, the assistants are well oiled machines. They know everything about you before you get back into that chair. I also must comment on how the doctors thank their assistants prior to leaving to the next patient. It shows how much this practice values their assistants and trust me I've been in dental offices where the dentist were not so nice to their assistants and it showed on both their faces. These are the things you dont think us patients pick up on. Overall, 10/10 experience and I'll forever be grateful for my amazing smile and that the journey only took 18 months. Now if I can just remember to wear my retainer this time!

The moment I walk in with my kids, we are greeted with smiles. Paperwork/insurance is always done with 0 issues, and when my kids come back from the chair, they are always happy and the staff gives me a breakdown of the visit. It's a great environment to be in and they do a terrific job at hiring to fit their culture.

I LOVE this place! I took my only son Joey here and this wonderful, helpful and gentle employee named Abby made my nervous baby boy feel at ease. If I could give 10 stars I would because of AMAZING ABBY!!!

My daughter just started her care with IOrtho, and I will be soon to follow. And we both have loved the experience so far! I love the office atmosphere. The front desk staff is so welcoming. I love how they don't just check in and out patients, but also have the knowledge to answer questions you may have. The nurses/ medical assistants are so kind and helpful. The doctor's are amazing! I love the variety of music. I have worked in a medical office and to me music is a big part of what sets the atmosphere. And to top off everything they offer coffee in the waiting room!!! It makes the 7 and 8 am visits a lot easier to manage. I would definitely recommend IOrtho to anyone looking for care for a loved one or themselves!

Truly amazing customer service! Best customer I’ve ever experienced. These workers are so nice and get back to you as soon as possible. Did my Invisalign treatment here and had 0 problems and amazing results! If I did have a problem they would always answer the phone or get back you asap. Even after treatment they still are there to answer your questions and help you in anyway they can. These people are amazing!! Would highly recommend.

Professional and friendly care from the time you walk in the front door. Lexi and Dr El made my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone deserves this type of service! I'd give 10 stars if it was an option.

What a wonderful experience at the orthodontist! Dr. L and her team were so informative. A big thank you to Traci for walking my daughter through photos and an x-ray one step at a time! We had a consult this morning with Innovative Orthodontics. It was our second consult, first with Innovative. It was amazing. The office is state of the art and fun! (As fun as an orthodontist office can be) The staff was very friendly. My son has a sensitive gag reflex and he was nervous. They were very understanding of his fears and he had no issues with gagging during their exam. Price was identical to our previous consult. Flexible payment options to pay in full or with a payment plan. So impressed! Lexie was great in taking us through the process!
