I had an incredible experience at Helzberg Diamonds, Deptford. Leisa and Mary Jane were terrific and they helped me out in everyway possible. They made my shopping experience enjoyful and as easy as it gets. I coulnd't have done it without their support and expertise. If you are looking for an engagement ring and an awesome place to shop, I definitely recommend Helzberg Diamonds, Deptford.

Choosing the right engagement and wedding rings can be an overwhelming decision and having knowledgeable professionals at your disposal surely can make a world of difference. I was attended by Princess (Yes! Princess is her name although low-key think she is a princess too) She was genuinely invested in helping my now husband and I find rings that we would absolutely love.

After looking at almost all the rings they had to offer I found something I really loved.

Princess highlighted that we can design our rings, which is a cool feature Helzberg offers. We took advantage of that option by creating one of our rings, it was a pleasant experience. Our order was completed within the expected time frame and looked even better than anticipated.

I recommend adding a protection plan to your order. It comes in helpful when needed.

We needed someone to officiate our wedding. After spending hours with Princess looking at rings. We learnt that she is an officiant. We had such a wonderful shopping experience that we later enquired if she could officiate our wedding. We felt like Princess was a good fit for us. She is a warm and friendly person, who was thrilled to learn about our story and incorporated it to our ceremony in such a detailed and touching way.

Even though we were mainly assisted by Princess, staff at Helzberg are great! Customer service is excellent in general. 10/10 recommend Helzberg.

Mary Jane, Princess, and Donna were all so wonderful. My boyfriend and I went in with the intention to just shop around and get information on engagement rings. Having little to no knowledge on anything associated with buying jewelry, Mary Jane walked us through the whole process and we ended up finding not only my ring but my boyfriends as well. Can’t recommend these ladies enough. Such a wonderful experience, we can’t wait to go back!

I had a wonderful experience going through my engagement ring process at this location. Princess and Mary Jane were impeccable, genuine, and phenomenal in assisting me. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. I only felt as though that they were helping me make the right choice. Visited a few other places before arriving here, but this was my final stop. Now, we’re planning a wedding! :)

From the warm welcome by Lisa when walking into the store, to Princess helping me pick out the PERFECT diamond, to Donna's great conversation. Beyond lucky and grateful to call the Deptford store my home store! Mary Jane, nay, the entire crew - is truly amazing. They want to see customers happy - Amanda and I cannot put to words how much this team's kindness, patience, and willingness to ensure our jewlery pieces are perfect. This store is not like a typical big box jewler, but the ladies in there make it feel like a hometown jewler and truly care about their customers. I want to give a shoutout to Princess and Donna. They both helped my fiancee and me pick out our wedding bands. I had no idea what I liked as I don't wear rings. Princess was able to walk me through the process of designing my own ring and then we eventually found one in store that was perfect! It was such a fun experience and I'm very happy we chose this store for our rings.

Donna helped my fiancee find her wedding band that matches her engagement ring perfectly! We thought we would need to do a custom, but nope, she was able to get something matched up perfectly.

Lisa was wonderful! She helped us pick my dream wedding band, and helped match goreous bands to my engagement ring. She showed us unique styles and was patient throughout the whole process!

Karleigh was an extreme help in helping me find the perfect band! She was so kind and helped me try on different styles to find what worked best for me. She was genuine with her help and made the whole wedding band process very easy and not stressful at all! I highly recommend

I worked with Diane who was exemplary. She was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and removed all pressure from the purchase. She was patient as I made my decision, I was never rushed.

This was my first time at Helzberg and absolutely won’t be my last.

I have been researching engagement rings and wedding sets for the last 2 months with one particular store. I knew what my gf wanted and what I wanted to purchase within my budget. A week ago, the store I was using had prices higher than normal. I presumed it was due to the holiday season and I was prepared to wait until January for prices to cool down. I decided to talk with my gf about my experiences and she gave me the advice of checking around with other stores. I spent last month researching online and stopping by several stores. None of the sections and prices caught my eyes. Then one day I did a google search for quality stores and I came across Helzberg Diamonds. I had the intention of just purchasing an engagement ring without the wedding band. I came into my local Helzberg Diamonds store and was well greeted by the store staff. I met the Princess the sales associate. She inquired if I have been there before and what I was looking for. When I was able to answer her questions, she was able to show me a large selection of choices within my budget and ring style. I thank God that I came here as we looked at all the choices and I found one ring I loved. I was set with acquiring that ring by then Princess came back with an engagement set that was a style that was discontinued. In my mind I wanted a set that was unique and when she showed me that set, I was sold. Princess explained the whole process to me and the purchase plans. She was professional, courteous, and made sure I knew all the specifications of my ring set and what my purchase plan was. I was able to purchase the set and the protection plan. Now thank God I'm set for working on my proposal for my gf and I also have the wedding ring. I've been living in the area for years and I've never been to this store until this week. I would definitely tell my family or friends to check out this store. The staff is always ready to answer any questions and treat you with respect.

Amazing! Salesperson Leisa was very professional, sensitive, patient, and compassionate for our needs. We needed a ring resized (due to a medical condition) on Black Friday before returning home from visiting family. Leisa conspired with John (the jeweler) to put a rush on our order and what usually takes over a week took a few hours so we could return home with the ring. Leisa and John were amazing, and we are incredibly grateful for their efforts. Helzberg may be a chain jeweler, but the Deptford store took care of us as if it were a local business. Side note - the ring is 7 years old and we purchased the lifetime resizing….well worth the extra money!

Had a custom pendant made and it is absolutely beautiful. I will be back.
