Bear Tire And Auto Center

I recently had a brake issue with my truck. I called AAA and requested it be towed to my mechanic. Bear Tire and Auto sent out their AAA Tow Truck. My driver James was awesome!! Words cannot express the high level of his professionalism, courtesy & friendliness. He made a horrible beginning to my day into a fun road trip from Hainesport down 206 to Tabernacle. I highly recommend them and major kudos to James!!

Everyone trust me on this… Ask for Kyle! My family and I were so stressed about my vehicle and when Kyle arrived he not only made me feel more relaxed, in under five seconds he was able to fix my car that was having problems for weeks and make me and my family laugh! As soon as he arrived on the scene he was automatically cracking jokes and had the biggest smile on his face! He is a true people person and changed my family and my day around. I told Kyle he is not allowed to quit anytime soon because my family and I are going to request him every single time we need car help! Thank you Kyle! We are so grateful for you!

Called AAA for a tow when my car wouldn't start, despite having my battery replaced earlier in the day. James showed up and was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to diagnose that the technician who installed my battery (not a Bear technician) had not properly connected the battery terminal. This saved me time, money, and my car unnecessarily sitting at shop. Very grateful for James, and will be requesting Bear the next time I call AAA!

Just had my truck towed through AAA. Bear showed up. Craig was my driver today and couldn’t be happier. Craig was early, professional, courteous, and just a good person. Eddwar was so incredibly helpful! I had a tire blowout and he came by to put on my spare and it was stuck in my trunk. He worked diligently to get it out and was extremely pleasant the whole time. Would highly recommend! Thanks so much!

Dave arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. Bought a replacement battery from his truck which he installed seamlessly in 5 minutes. Paid by credit card and it was all copasetic !

I can’t possibly say enough good things about this business. Years ago we had a tow truck driver whose service was most impressive give us their card and after our vehicle sat at another shop last summer for over six weeks; we decided to take her over to Bear. We’ve since left our previous mechanic’s shop of almost 20 years for Bear and haven’t looked back. They’re professional, quick but not hasty, and most importantly they do quality diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work and they do it right! They’re always straight with us about what needs to be done and the time and cost to do it. A+++++

I was introduced to Tyler and Dan at Bear Tire & Auto through AAA. Let me start off my saying how nice and friendly they were. I was going to have to get my car towed but the Dan figured out that my car had been disabled because the battery in my key was dead. He saved me a ton of time, money and headaches! These are truly honest and kind men and I’m going to have to go out to Hainesport to use them in the future!

Technician Tyler came out to our home to check our vehicle, coordinated by AAA. Replaced our battery and avoided a tow. Friendly and professional service. Will definitely keep Bear in mind for our future vehicle service needs. THANK YOU!!

Joe J did a great job transporting my 1963 Corvette after a brake failure. Bear tire sent Joe out in under 30 minutes and when the destination changed to Corvette paramedics he gladly transported the car and myself there instead of the intended shop 5 minutes away.

Had to get my car towed through AAA yesterday afternoon- after 15+ years with them I have to say this was the best tow experience I’ve ever had! I wish I caught the guys name, but he showed up in under 20 minutes- was incredibly friendly and helpful, and just overall provided a great experience when I was very flustered and having a tough time. I felt much better after which is rare while having your car get towed away. Very appreciative of their service!

Just had a car towed through AAA. I was very impressed with the service I received from Bear. Craig arrived within 20 minutes. He was courteous, efficient and helpful!

My father, who has worked on cars for 30 years takes his cars here. I started taking my cars here and couldn't be happier/relieved. Get it done fast, have convenient pick up and drop off times. Too good to be true. Thank you!

I made an appointment for battery service using my AAA. I made the appointment for a Sunday morning between 9 and noon. At 821am I received a call my tech was on the way. About 845am my rech arrived. His name was Chris T. He was very professional. Soft spoken and focused, he shared with me that he needed to test the battery first, then he shared the bracket over the battery was rusty and he would be cautious it didn't break. He loosened it accordingly safely.
I paid the fee over the phone. Chris changed the battery in good time. He suggested I keep my receipt in my glove box and stated my warranty.
He was dressed in uniform and wore a safety mask. He was very helpful and I appreciate his service very much.
A+ service.

Bear Tire showed up and got our car towed right through the start of a terrible downpour. Don was courteous and friendly, very helpful and careful with our vehicle. I highly recommend!

I would say I have my best experience ever with road assistant. R. Zack #132 came in 10 minutes and nicely took care of the nail I had on my left rear tire. Very professional and sociable person. I really wish he deserves a reward as I didn’t see anyone reliable, polite and professional in this professional field. I would definitely bring my car to Bear Tire & Auto center in Hainesport , NJ for any mechanical or other issues. Thank you again Zack to provide me the best services.
