I had a very pleasant experience at La-Z-Boy furniture on the Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township. I was looking to replace our sofa. The saleswoman, Cyndi was extremely helpful and she spent a long time with me. I was trying to find a sofa that would match a loveseat we have. I love the fact that La-Z-Boy has different fabric options, including ones that are durable and better for pets. I brought my husband back the next day, to make our final selection. Cyndi was again, so helpful, cordial and professional. She is extremely knowledgeable and really made our shopping experience pleasant.

We went into La-Z-Boy in Egg Harbor Township (EHT) originally looking for a new recliner. They were having a great sale, so we ended up with a reclining sofa & loveseat. The sale went effortless from the time we walked into the store. Cyndi our sales person was wonderful. She understands the La-Z-Boy line, she is patient and so nice. We purchased on a Sunday and it was delivered on Thursday. The delivery guys were also very nice and very professional. Thank you Cyndi and La-Z-Boy EHT for making this purchase pleasurable. We love our new reclining set. We look forward to many comfortable years in our sofa & loveseat.

I purchased my living room furniture here 1 year ago. We’re very pleased. The salesman, Richard Baxter, had given me help on how to connect the La Z Boy to the battery power pack when I came in later for advice. He was great. And this time he helped me choose another chair & fabric. His suggestions were excellent & I enjoyed the experience. He’s a real positive asset to the store. Look for him when you visit the store.

Patrick guided me very helpfully and patiently when I first came in. He was immeasurably key in my decision to stay and really get down to making serious options. Dee was delightful. I didn’t expect to appreciate her expertise and taste, but , again, she was key I helping me make my final choices. I’m so pleased with the entire experience

Cyndi (sales person) and Dee ( designer) were very helpful when we went to purchase a new living room set. Their knowledge of the product, patience while we navigated choosing, and listening to our needs and wants was extremely helpful in choosing the perfect option for us. I can't wait till it is delivered!

Rick was an awesome salesman. He was very informative. Had plenty of patients in making sure that we felt comfortable before making a sale. He was able to give us a discount on our furniture even though we didn't buy the combination that would have given us the discount. Would go back if ever in the market for any other furniture.

Rick was very knowledgeable and patient! I think we sat on every type of recliner in the store! We needed a recliner for a comfortable chair to recover from back surgery and Rick was able to guide us to the best fit

I went into LaZboy furniture after looking on Google for who makes the best recliners. I met Count, the sales guy and just by his name I knew we would have fun. He is so knowledgeable of the products sold there. I felt very happy that he wanted to help me find the BEST recliner for my back issues and not just make a sale. Count was so helpful and we had alot of laughs, while sitting in the different recliners, and I finally found one that was just perfect. Thanks so much for your excellent service and the laughs. Thank you to the manager lady at the desk too, she was very helpful.....

Cyndi, our salesperson, was wonderful. She saw how tall my husband is (6’4”) and directed us to the style couch and loveseat that would be best for his height. Once he sat down in it he was sold. Cyndi was very friendly and attentive through the whole process. It was a very nice experience.

Great experience at the Laz-Z-Boy store in Egg Harbor Township NJ. Our salesperson Rick patiently walked us through the models we were interested in and pointed out advantages and disadvantages of each. As we decided on a specific couch, options were explained including prices with any pressure. Charges weee thoroughly explained including how updates would be available and how delivery would work. It was important to me to have an American made couch and LZB is one of the few furniture companies that still has US factories. Now we can’t wait for it to get here! Highly recommend

Choosing a recliner couch to fit my needs was so easy. The salesman showed me and let me try out different features, so I could choose what was best for me. The choice of styles and fabrics was awesome! I knew what color I wanted by using the virtual online tool, but it was nice to see all the choices in person. Highly recommended!!!
