I was in the EHT store today and was having trouble finding several. Items. Chris stopped what he was doing and helped find everything. It was a very positive experience . Thank you

This is my second home, I'm here at least once a week! Customer service has completely changed for the better here. I used to go to Lowes but they wouldn't put you out if you were on fire. Home Depot staff is always friendly and able to give the right advice. I was just here getting some plywood for a portable air cleaner using an old furnace blower for my garage.

Tonight me and husband were running late, forgot it was Sunday. But the employees didn’t rush us and actually asked if we needed help. I love Home Depot and the employees

Great for all your home/work needs. Always stocked with all we need for our home improvement projects. The staff is always soooo willing to help us out and are so knowledgeable!

Home Depot a great place to find pretty much everything you're looking for. People are very nice engaging. They are also very knowledgeable about the products that they have within the store. Parking at times can be quite busy but there's always a place for you to park. There is accessibility ground floor easy access to all items and if you need assistance there's always someone there to help you out between store employees as well as customers. Highly recommend any Home Depot location.

Donna in customer service is the best ! I have a small handyman business and she always goes out of her way to help me greets me by name and is always happy. I generally come to the store when i know she is working because she is a pro at what she does and gets me in and out.

Nice variety of products. We bought a washer, they delivered it free of charge and hooked it up. The delivery personnel were very efficient.

I usually dread going to the store. I can't pick any one reason why. There's several reasons. I'll divulge one reason: I have to actually wear clothing besides house wear (a.k.a. lounge wear, to most ).
Now that that's out of the way, I'll move on to my experience at The Home Depot. I went there to get some wood and nails for a small project I was going to build.
The store carries a lot of building supplies. As well as Gardening and Home Improvement items. They also have appliances, and tools. There are many other items they carry, but I am not listing everything now.
There were employees ready to assist you the minute you walk in the door. There were a lot of shoppers throughout the different aisles. Myself, included. I got nails, some lumber, and a new hammer. The cashier that rang me up was pleasant, and quickly rang my items up. I was in and out of there in twenty minutes. That made my whole trip well worth it.

I expected to be disappointed because I have found customer service since covid to be non-existent. Employees were so pleasant and helpful. Thank GOD some Employees know that you shouldn't get paid just to show up!

Employees are very helpful. Went in looking for a closet organizer system. Let's just say it cost me a fraction of what a designer was charging me.

I went to the Home Depot very early on Saturday morning. Even though it was early, there were lots of staff on hand. I had to ask several questions about items I was purchasing, and I was able to find someone to help me in 3 different departments.

Always surprises me when I find products I wouldn't expect them to have.

Since this whole covid 19 nonsense started, home depot's been like my second home. My garden has never looked better. My lawn is starting to look pretty decent. I'm pretty sure I spent about 80 to 90% of the federal stimulus at home Depot. I'm back at work now, but I haven't slowed down much. It seems like they're out of stock of some items, but that's understandable considering what's going on right now. It's not like I shop there for toilet paper.
Great store. Fair prices. I'll probably be back in the next few days.

The store is always clean and the staff nice and helpful. Generally stocked pretty well too.
Wish they had more attended check outs instead of self check, but that seems to be the way of a lot of stores now. It does make check out faster with 1 person tending multiple registers.
