Whenever I come in for a visit, the office staff is very polite. I have never had anyone there make me feel uncomfortable or treat me in a bad way.
PLUS A BIG BONUS!!! I absolutely 💯 Love PA Ashley!!! She has been my doctor for a lot of years. I was so fortunate to meet her at Penn medicine when I was a patient there. I then switched to Rowan medicine where I was so lucky to have her as my Dr. again. Dr. Ashley is always very thorough. She has an amazing “bed side manor”. She explains everything in a way I can understanding. Plus asks if I have any questions before our visit is over. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. She is definitely a bonus to Rowan Medicine.

I've been in and out of doctors my whole life and the majority of the time I just feel like a chart and not a person. When I first started seeing Dr. Collins he was engaging, thoughtful, honest, and kind. He has always treated me with respect, and when other doctors write my pain and exhaustion off as one thing or another, Doctor Collins has worked with me to keep unnecessary tests off the menu while still pursuing possible answers. He will be sincere if the issues are not in his mastered set of skills and will refer to a doctor he trusts to find answers to those issues.

He has been receptive and open to all of my questions and concerns regardless of their probability, and I would recommend this office and Doctor Collins to anyone who asks.

The staff at Rowan Family Medicine are very nice, friendly people. I always feel very comfortable when I go for a visit. All of the doctors there are very good and they take their time when they are with you. The nursing staff is also very helpful and kind. They answer any questions you need and always get back to you as soon as they can.

Dr. Moore is one of the BEST Dr's. She truly cares about her patients, also Dr. Collins he is right behind Dr. Moore. If your looking for Dr's with GREAT bedside manners and truly cares for their patient then this group is for you. The staff is also wonderful it's one big family.

Doctor Moore is one of the best doctors I've ever met so is doctor Collins.
they are kind they are considerate and thorough they do not get you in and get you out.
They really care about everything that happens to you wonderful bedside manner and the girls at work there are excellent.

We came to the Rowan facility following Dr. Moore. She and the rest of the doctoring staff have always been very personable and eager to personalize medical appointments. Contact is easy and quick. Refills and RXs are easy to get. The nursing and rest of the desk staff are friendly and do everything they can to facilitate our time.

The nurse practitioner Ashley Thomas saved my life. If you need a primary who really cares about you and your health, see her as soon as possible. The staff is also super friendly and accommodating.

DR BROLIS SAVED MY LIFE

I’ve seen many doctors over the years. They made me feel like I was a diagnosis and not a person. I would leave their office feeling hopeless after a Doctor tossed a “Promising New Medication” sample in my general direction with ZERO compassion and ZERO respect. I often wondered how much of a kickback this doctor was getting for him to treat people that need serious help, the way he just treated me. I’m also a medical professional and there is no amount of money that would make me feel ok about treating a person like that.
Dr Brolis was my moms PCP. She called and explained what was going on with me and within the hour I was a new patient. I was terrified and bracing myself, preparing to be judged. I don’t remember much from that day except for how I felt. I remember feeling a sense of relief as he sat down and looked at me and was extremely concerned with the mess of a person that was in front of him. He cared. He didn’t judge. He didn’t pretend to listen, he actually listened. He did not take pity on me or treat me like a diagnosis. He didn’t treat me like a bipolar human. He treated me like a human being that happened to be bipolar.
I can honestly say that bc of him, I am a different person than I was three years ago.

Dr. Moore helped me through one of the hardest medical periods of my life. She makes our 45 minute drive worth it.
