Excellent experience with Dr. Nick. The results of my Invisalign and the team's guidance were just amazing! Michele made my experience so easy and was prompt in scheduling my appointments. I am so grateful for Batastini Orthodontics!

I have been with Batastini Orthodontics since 2014. I have two children who needed braces, my son was his first patient back in 2014 and I was so happy we picked his office, my sons teeth were very bad and and with the help of Doctor Batastini my sons teeth are now perfect, and positive note he was able to get his teeth corrected before my wedding. They are so good with the kids, they make them feel comfortable during the entire brace process. They are so good with flexibility to help all us working parents and getting us in there when it convenient with our work schedule. During covid they have been working diligently to get all the kids they handle the proper care and appointments all while being safe, that means the world to me. My daughter started her brace journey with phase one back in 5th grade, then got them off for a little bit then we started phase two last year, she is just about done her treatment with braces and again her teeth are looking amazing. The location of his office is great as well with also have offices in other locations to be even more helpful in getting the appointments you need. The entire staff in his office are truly amazing as well, no matter how many times I call even with the texts I receive they are always so nice and answer every question. The amount of patients they have and still know each and every child's name that walks in that office is something I look for and they meet all of it. I strongly suggest if you are looking for an orthodontist office that is truly amazing you need to reach out to Batastini Orthodontics

A place to go if you want to participate with customer service that goes beyond the norm..I have two children that receive service by Dr Paul.
My favorite thing to say is how Michelle the office manager has been a blessing to me through out the years. There has been another lady as well who works at the desk that has been so kind. Michelle has worked with me and my finacial needs, she listens and helps when needed..I can not stress enough how appreciative I am for her kindness towards me..

My daughters have a great smile and I have fond memories of individuals who care so much.

My daughter has been going here for many years! She had to have an expander two different times plus braces so it's been a long journey. It's been an actual joyful process though. Jackie, Michele, and Dr. Paul are WONDERFUL! There has been times where they have squeezed her in at one of the three offices to fix or check something, even the same day. They answer all my questions any time I have any and are honest in their answers. We have had a long journey together as my daughter is nearing the end of having braces. They have done such a wonderful job with her mouth and teeth! It's incredible! I didn't think to write a review sooner, I've been telling everyone by mouth all these years. Highly recommend if you need an orthodontist that will be there from even before the beginning to end!

Wonderful practice! Could not be happier with our choice in choosing Dr. Batastini and staff to treat our children. We have gone there for 3 of our children. The appointments are quick, staff are warm and friendly and we are so pleased with the outcome of the 2 that have finished treatment. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Batastini was recommended for my daughters a few years ago by Dr. Thomas. Their teeth look amazing! I couldn't have asked for better treatment both medically and personally. My younger daughter had overcrowding and had to endure some extra treatments. Dr. Batastini and the staff talked us through every step. My daughters had such great results that I became a patient too. I couldn't be happier!

My four children and myself all have either been or are currently are patients of Dr Paul’s. The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr Paul makes my children and me feel comfortable and relaxed while in the office. Our family feels like part of their family, especially since the staff has been part of all my children’s lives for years.

i would highly recommend this office for orthodontic treatment. I was able to do clear aligners and some of my visits were even virtual which worked well with my work schedule. The office staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. This practice also has 3 locations which made it very convenient to go in person visits on my days off. I love my new smile!

This office and staff is great. You walk into the office and get greeted with smiles. The staff is amazing with patients of all ages from kids to adults. The staff explains to you everything that is going on and answers any questions you have along the way. The environment is fun and friendly and a place you look forward to going to every appointment.

Great staff at office! Always answered any questions I had. Dr. Batastini is one of the best!

This has been the most HORRIBLE experience dealing with a “professional” medical practice. Michele, the office manager, has lied and wasted our time throughout the whole process. We were advised by the doctor that my daughter’s treatment was complete in February, however, Michele refuses to provide us with an appointment until May16th. She even advised that there are 6 other patients that are done treatment, however, they do not have appointments to be debanded either. Based on our experience , we decided to take our son to TenBrook and have been extremely happy for the past year. In addition, they will remove and block any negative comments from their social media accounts.

Secretary was very rude. Had one actual job and that was to assist and not be passive aggressive. Clinicians wasn't any better. One told a teenager a very rude comment "Your mouth stinks, brush your teeth." Honestly, horrible, passive aggressive staff.

I brought my twelve-year-old son to doctor batastini it has been the worst experience for my poor child whatever you do stay away the office help Jackie and Michelle were so unprofessional and doctor batastini bedside manner has been the most awful experience for my son his uncompassionate and uncaring my son had a broken wire a sore on the upper lip and he refused to see him the office help hung up on my son after I had given him $6500 whatever you do find another office for a child that will the be compassionate and caring I think that maybe he needs to find another profession.....
