Pie Time

Pie Time is an experience that reminds me of my childhood. It is a bakery that cares more about customer service & quality of product than they do about social media approval. This holiday season was full of rave reviews for the pies I purchased from Pie Time. Perfect crusts & perfect flavor. My new go-to establishment for pies!

Ordered a pie for the superbowl. Decided to go with Apple and it was very good. The filling was just right and the crust was delicious! Definitely taste the difference between this and a store bought pie! Would love to try the other flavors!

Pies are essentially homemade and delicious! Never had one I didn’t try to eat all in one sitting. 😂. Love the blueberry and blueberry sour cream. Everybody that works here is very nice and it’s a great little atmosphere. I’m a regular and I highly recommend.

Not only is this a bakery but it is also a coffee and tea shop! Love the coffee, so good! My mom and I come down every Saturday morning and get coffee. They are super polite with everybody and they tell us to take our time when we can't decide what we want. I love how they have it all together. Interior is super super cute as well! I recommend to everybody! My friend said she has to come down and try the tea. I also like how they buy tea from another small business and you can get it iced or hot! Great for the summer and winter! 10/10 recommend it! :))

Ordered a pecan pie, the service was absolutely amazing, I had a meeting at the time the pie was to be ready, they said they’d wait till after hours so I could get it, then called and said it was ready early.

On top of great service, let me tell you, the crust was perfect flaky, and the pecan filling was the perfect blend. 10 out of 10.

Since I found Pie Time, I’ve been wondering why I’ve been settling for mass produced cakes and pies. I can really taste what I’ve been missing. I’ve tried their German chocolate pie, strawberry shortcake, chocolate brownie cake and whoopie pie. All were delicious! Don’t expect a huge assortment of choices as each pie is made by the owner and freshly-baked right in the store. You can buy a piece of pie or a whole pie. Prices are reasonable. The shop is located below Nickel and Suede. A great addition to the Liberty Square!

Ordered a French silk pie for my husbands bday and wow..... it was amazing!!!!!! We were blown away with how rich and delicious the flavor was!! We will definitely be back because I love fruit pie and I can’t wait to try!!

The best apple pie in KC!! I ordered it for my husband’s birthday and it was a success! The flavor was so intente and rich in apple that you couldn’t stop eating!! It was amazing!!!!

We have gotten pumpkin pies from them and love them. Super friendly staff, and have a variety of pies at different seasons.

Cute storefront, lovely people, great pie! Nice support a local family owned bussiness. Their peanut butter pie was my favorite.
