Great barbers, very kind and do exactly what you tell them and more to make your haircut the best it can be. They provide a short vibrating back massage and wash your hair for you after it's cut. Great conversation too, definitely recommend

Excellent service with "Haley" each and every visit! Impressive facility decked it nicely with a "sports feel" theme! We've never been disappointed by any visits so we choose the next available! I've seen some haircuts from various close proximity competition, and I'll say this is the best out of all of them! You won't be disappointed and it's worth the wait once you're on the app! Save time by using the app to sit in line before arriving! Spectacular location, employees, facility and environment! You'll walk away feeling like, "you got your money's worth!"

I've got a picky teenager, he loves coming to sports clips. They seem to get it right every time. We don't have a favorite stylist, they all seem to be good.

It was a great experience as always, since I travel for work going to various ones around the country. Raven did a great job!

I like the fact that these facilities are available on Monday which is my only weekday off. Even though they are now fully staffed again, there is always a wait of an hour or so. Excellent Thai food is literally next door so I just check in and then eat. I seldom wait more than 5 more minutes for service after eating. The stylists are always friendly and talented at their trade. I have never been unhappy with a visit.

The service these ladies provide is fantastic. They put forth so much effort from the time they open until the time they close. They are all well trained and qualified for the task at hand. They talk to you friendly, I always leave a happy customer. Looking forward to my next haircut.

Kudos to Atlas, my stylist today at Sport Clips in Liberty, MO! I have been a franchise fan for years and across several states, yet I cannot recall the last time I got the MVP service. Yet I do recall that it has been a long time since a stylist even offered. And once again, I am reminded why I choose Sport Clips altogether... To the truth, I felt a guilty pleasure--having my freshly shorn head washed and conditioned, my scalp gently massaged, while my face was steaming under a hot towel. It was delightful. So why should I feel guilty?
I was comfortable in capable hands, and thoroughly at the mercy of my stylist..but I had to say NO to a third helping of a steaming hot towel. I was proud of myself for asserting a boundary.
Even so, I was vulnerable to her influence, and after the shoulder massage, I was happy to purchase the recommended hair treatments. If she offered me a great deal on a time-share in the Ozarks, I would have bought that too!
Atlas, my stylist, has a smooth, groovy attitude, professional and assertive, yet offered a no-pressure approach to products and service (MVP) that made it easy to say Yes.
My next visit, I'll bring my brother with me. Sure, he can cut his own hair, but he just cannot give himself an MVP treatment.

Ana was amazing! Not only did she give my 5 year old son a wonderful looking cut but when he flipped out she handled his freak out admirably. No one there made me or my son feel bad for his unexpected melt down. Ana deserves a bigger tip than I was able to give. All the stylist were kind and great at their profession!

Always a pleasure coming here! I get in and out quickly and Brianna always makes sure to take great care of me! Never had a bad cut here.

This is good haircut shop. Skill level of staff is generally good specially, Emily knows to do the job....

The only problem is that there is a long waiting line... Sometimes more than 4 hours.....which is frustratingly too much

Please do something to get this time short.... Hire more staff or increase capacity....

Lady who cut my hair was super nice. It looks great when she was done ( skin fade midway up).They have quite a few people working so the wait wasn't long at all.

Nice staff. Get to have great conversation. I appreciate the online waitlist/check in system - havent had an issue getting a haircut when i need it - and the after haircut wash, massage, and hair styling.

Called last minute 30mins before closing and they were able to squeeze me in. My hair stylist was Jen. She was very friendly, had great input and very knowledgeable. After I walked out a brand new man. So grateful. Many blessings upon Jen and definitely will be back. 🙏

Great experience they took their time and gave me and my son the perfect haircut the ladies were real friendly very professional and deserve 10 stars but we're only allowed to give five I would definitely recommend it

Exceptional as always. Carrie was my stylist and she was super nice and made sure she was cutting it exactly how I wanted it the whole time and explained what all the products were for. Give her a raise!!

We've had a couple of issues with the app, but the staff does a great job of compensating. They listen to you and do what you ask and have no problem continuing if you decide you want more off the top or a lower number on the sides. The shampoo at the end is well worth it to not have those tiny itchy hairs bugging you for the rest of the day.
