The people here are outstandingly kind! I gave them a watch of mine that had hands that kept getting stuck, they spent months fixing it, the hands would work for a while then get stuck again, they ended up having to order new hands. They worked and worked on it, never giving up on it and were able to get it ticking again. When I came to pick it up, I asked them the cost and they said it would be free since it took so long. I insisted that they had to be paid for their hard work and at the very least be compensated for the parts, but they would not let me pay a dime. A Mom and Pop store that truly runs on kindness, stop by and show them some love! I'll be back again and with a generous tip in store!

Local family owned business that cares about its customers. I've gone here for about 4 different items now and have had a great experience every time.
They take their time getting you what you want and are highly informative. There's also a section for used jewelry, which my wife got me an amazing Movado watch from.
They've also helped me re size my other watches and will replace batteries.
Overall, I definitely recommend checking them out!

My mom referred me here after having her own ring resized and said they were fabulous. I visited today to get my new watch sized down with links removed, and the owner came out from working with on another project just to greet me! He stopped what he was doing, worked on my watch for a few minutes, and it was all done right then. I asked him what I owe him.... he said "no charge" and just kindly asked if I'd donate to the charity instead! What a sweet, sweet person! I immediately put all my cash in the jar. I'll definitely be back because people like this just don't exist anymore! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! 💕

They did such an amazing job sizing my ring. I was told by several jewelers that they could not size my ring but this place did it no problem and only in two days! The ring looks like it hasn’t even been touched. Also just such amazing service!

I took my ring here to get resized- the place my hubby bought it from went out of business several years ago and so I haven’t had it polished or anything for a long time. I came here and they got me sized up by .25 so I can wear it in the summer without it hurting when I swell up (thank you getting old lol). They got it all polished up and it looks like it did the day I got it. Maybe even a little better! They were so nice and helpful! I will for sure come back for future jewelry purchases.

Very pleasant experience. It was my 1st time here, not only did he have what I was looking for 1/4 oz eagle he had 3 needless to say I got all 3 and then some to further my collection. He was also extremely fair on a trade transaction to further my purchase beating the competition by over 100$. Rest assured the is my new shop for purchases for my collection. It is all about the customer service! From the start of picking out our wedding bands to me getting the rings resized! I cannot love this place enough. I have made many coin purchases there. It's not their main service, but they put as much effort in those purchases as they do their most expensive diamonds. The owners take as much time with you as a coin customer as with any product. They buy as well as sell. Their offers are ethical and fair. Their selling prices are usually under market value. Rare coins is not that big of a part of their business to have a huge inventory but it makes it fun to shop there and see what treasures that can be found.

Went in Gold and More Jewelers today and had watch batteries replaced in three watches today. The environment is family oriented and they're very friendly and fast. Replaced my batteries in no time. Asked how much I owe them and the owner said Merry Christmas. I was very grateful. Talked to them for about 15 minutes about their roots in Illinois. Great Jewelry store and people.

I went in to buy a gift for my wife's birthday this week, and was impressed with the selection and service I received. Brittany was there with a smile and warm greeting when I walked in the door. She helped me pick out a necklace, bracelet, earring combination that looked great. She boxed them up, and put them in their own gift bag. I have used Gold and More several times in the last year to fix some things that were broken and didn't fit anymore. Not only did they do a wonderful job and do exactly what I needed, but they made my jewelry look like new! One item was made by a large shop in town and by the time I needed it re-sized and fixed, they tried to charge me more than I paid to have them MAKE it! Gold and More was happy to help. They were quick, professional, and affordable! I have loved the service there and will be back!

The Family Owned Business and Staff are very Amazing and very helpful and Kind and Welcoming!! I had a Very Special ring sized to my Ring Size and the price is very reasonable. Very pleased with the sales and service all around!! My fiance and myself, purchased her wedding band at your location. As I also bought a ring and other jewelry items. Brittany also fixed my Invicta watch, 2 times and I greatly appreciate it, as I seem break things often...lol. She was very gracious about it, and I'm very thankful!! Came in today with little information and was very happy with the help i received. The owner was very kind, patient, and understanding in regard to my ignorance. He spent time explaining things in a simple manner and was never dismissive. Also, the prices they offer are actually lower (silver) than what i was able to find online. Definitely recommend this business!

Love this place! Open and Honest and give the best price for your gold. I found them several years ago when I was selling my class ring. I had listed it on craigslist and they messaged me and told me my ring was worth more. I took it to them and received $100 more than I was asking. They've earned my business for life.

If you get jewelry anywhere else you're doing it wrong. They custom make incredible jewelry at the most reasonable prices around! They are the best to work with and will always treat you like family. I got my dream ring and my husband got an incredible wedding band made of dinosaur bone! Do yourself a favor and check them out!
