After a truly horrific experience at another jewelry store, I drove straight to Helzberg and was lucky to meet my new sales person, Lauren!

There are two diamond experts on staff here and both were wonderful! The information, the help and the honesty were above and beyond! Selections were top notch and even though I was making a relatively smaller purchase of 3 pairs of diamond earrings, they treated me with awesome customer service, integrity and kindness.

Lauren at Helzberg in Liberty is INCREDIBLE. She was so easy and fun to work with from the get-go, incredibly knowledgeable, and was determined to help us purchase our dream wedding bands while still getting the best deal possible. My fiancé walked in with a very specific band in mind, which required custom-ordering, and she truly helped bring his idea to life!! We have been engaged for a few years and finally decided on the date. We went looking for wedding bands to go with my engagement ring. The ladies there were very nice and extremely knowledgeable. The items they carry are very reasonably priced. There is something for everyone and every price range which it nice. Eva helped us and she took her time and we tried so many different options. We didn’t feel rushed, nor like we had to buy either. We found the one that was perfect. They were able to size it the following week. We will definitely be back.
