I have a hard time coming up with words of how awesome Tracey and Tim were for helping us find our forever home. They have consistently gone above and beyond any expectation we have of a realtor. We have two little kids, so the thought of home shopping with kids was daunting. Tim and Tracey were amazing with our kids, between holding them, helping keep an eye out that they don't touch stuff they shouldn't, and playing with them to keep them entertained, they took so much stress off of our shoulders while looking.

They also hustle so hard for their people. Tracey personally brought a truck load of dirt to our house and helped unload it without hesitation. She has tolds us about helping clean other clients house to get it ready. They get customer service and are awesome at it and just do whatever it takes to help out.

They also do some work with house remodels, which proved to be an invaluable source of knowledge while looking at houses. Having someone who can tell you what is simple and what is involved to fix was huge.

For the rest of it, the whole process is smooth, most documents are all electronic, everything was convenient. They have a great team of people they work with, that actually caught something that would have cost us thousands of dollars if it wasn't going. Overall I'm incredibly grateful we used them.
