Banfield Pet Hospital

Banfield in Liberty and Tiffany Springs have always been the best when it comes to care of pets! They always do what is best for the pet and are honest and up front with pet parents. Dr. Smith especially has always been there! He helped us with my childhood dog Mimi when it was her time and with my baby girl Mia Sophia who saw him from the time she was 8 weeks old up until recently when it was her time to cross over the rainbow bridge. Banfield is great but they are even better with Dr. Smith on their team!

We love liberty Banfield! We have two dogs (an anxious younger one and an old man dog) and they always provide the best care for them. They are very thorough, communicative and flexible. I also appreciate the follow up calls to check on our pets. I truly feel like they all care about our pets and they all do an amazing job. I recommend Banfield to everyone I know when searching for pet care!

They do a wonderful job, my pets always come home looking and smelling great. They ate friendly and get to know your pet.

So much so that my pets love to come here. They get so excited when they see us pull up and immediately go the grooming salon.

My vet of choice! They are so friendly and they put my anxious cat at ease every time I take her in. Their costs are hard to beat 💓
I have to add to my previous review. I take my pup there now and if I find a stray, they are the first hospital I choose to take them. My Yorkie lights up when he sees the staff..I always thought animals hate the vet..but the staff are always so sweet with him. 8 stars Liberty location!!

I have been to a number of Banfields over the years. By far this is the best around from the front to the back! I would, (and have) recommend this particular location to anyone. I always get a call letting me know about my girls, and we are always greeted in person (by name!).

Stephanie is the best front desk attendant EVER! It's her last day soon... but just knowing Banfeild prioritizes employees like her tells me everything I need to know. Wonderful place! -Liz

I had to take my dog there because my dog had been bitten by a dog Mr. Moran took really good care of my baby I appreciate him taking good care of my baby he is really good if anybody ever needs their dog or cat looked at for anything this is the place to go for a good price!! I highly recommend them!! Thank you Mr Moran....

They do an amazing job working with my animals and my schedule. I have a cat that has to come in on drugs and she does very well with them.

I put my puppy on their wellness plan, it is so convenient and the doctors there are fabulous with our fur baby, us and the children (who always have a thousand questions). They always take good care of her and they even call and check on her after each visit! Quality care, true kindness and caring ❤❤❤❤❤

I signed up for the wellness plan and it works out great! I pay a little each month so when I take my dog in for his check ups I pay no fee. The staff and Dr's are great with my dog and have prescribed medication for him when it's fireworks season and in the Spring when thunderstorms start. I would recommend this place for all of your needs. There is a vet place around the corner that charges you just to walk in the door and then tries to squeeze every dime from you.....not this place!!

My boyfriend and I took our brand new cane corso in for a uti and the staff and doctors were really friendly and professional! They were very knowledgeable and made things easy to understand. Banfield made the visit feel comfortable and welcoming.

I had been paying as I go for services with my dog at another veterinarian. Averaged $300 a year.
Banfield talked me into insurance and "better" care there for $67.00 monthly. Come to find out it only covers office visits and her shots. ANYTHING else they not only charge but overcharge. I went to cancel and they said I was still liable for $601.00 of services I never received.
I feel like it's a big scam.

Well, my initial review was 2 stars however after riding out the pet care plan and witnessing the love they gave my pet, I renewed my plan. My puppy is happy and healthy and that is priceless!
I enjoy it when people change my mind with incredible service.
I'm glad I was wrong.

Get everything I need done in one place great team there.

Had an emergency visit with my sick Begal/Golden retriever (Bego) Cringle, today. The Veterinarian and her nurse, were Wonderful! Cringles back home just hours later, feeling much, much better. :-)

We took our lab, Griffin, to see Dr. Clark and we were so impressed by her care and attention to all of our concerns. She took time explaining everything to us and seems to have genuine affection for our animal. So pleased with the service here. The office is clean and staff is friendly as well!

The staff are great and the Vets are very knowledgeable. We have our pets on their monthly plans. It makes scheduling appointments a breeze, and we get great service every time we go there. Highly recommended to anyone that wants to keep their pets healthy and on a scheduled maintenance.

I've had to bring my kitty in three times now for urgent care, and they are able to fit me in very quickly, and have prioritized him before as a potentially severe case. I love that they keep me informed of exactly which tests they need to run and why, how long it will take, and exactly how much I will be charged each step of the way. A lot of times at other vet offices, I've felt blindsided by the tests needed and charges made. Thankfully, this office practices complete transparency, and it has cemented my trust in them.
