I took my car to them because my nephew works there and highly recommended them, of course.
Someone had rear-ended me in a parking lot and left the scene. It caused minor damage, but damage none the less. I was able to get their license number so they and their insurance were held responsible for the damages and rental car.
I was very impressed the first day I went in to talk to them. Cole was immediately on top of things and really helped guide me through the whole process of what all I needed to do and who I needed to contact.
I’ve never had to deal with anything like this, so I was at a loss as to what all I needed to do.
This was all so reassuring. I’m a single lady and it’s sometimes hard to find people that you can trust and have faith that they are going to look out for you.
They did a great job on my car and even had it detailed before I picked it up. WOW! It looked good as new!

They did A Phenomenal job on my car looks better than when I 1st bought it . The company that fixed it before used cheap parts but B&H used Nissan parts & you can tell the difference.And they saved me money! They won't let insurance companies off the hook for cheap repairs and strive to return your vehicle above and beyond reproach! Took my 2018 Dodge Ram in for Hood and Side painting. Not only where they courteous and prompt, but they did a great job when they said they would and when I picked up the vehicle they noticed something and they asked me to hold on a minute and the gentleman rebuffed the hood because he seen swirl marks in it. that is above and beyond and the men in the office were very polite. I got what I asked for. They are my Gold Standard. My wife is about to take a 2023 Honda Odyssey in for passenger side damage due to a wreck, so more to come shortly.... to be continued.

Very thankful to have found this automotive service garage. They are always very helpful in accommodating my vehicle’s service needs and I feel that they are priced fairly too! I am a NJ transplant and a widow as well. Definitely feel good about this place.

Took my car in just to be checked out and they were super nice and the work that I had done was great, reasonably priced.

Cole were awesome to work with. I can't thank him enough for helping me out. I think he went above and beyond what others may have done. Would definitely recommend.

Vandalism done to left side of Jeep Patriot by sharp knife. B & H did an amazing job repairing, painting, cleaning up vehicle. First time going to this shop. Thankful for the work completed, the service provided in a professional manner. Excellent job. Looks better than a new vehicle. Would recommend this shop.

I've had absolutely positive experiences with B&H. Employees are well-mattered, honest, and will go out of their way to help you. I haven't faced any issues with repairs; I had been there multiple times with different cars and different repairs. If you have questions or issues, they address it and do not brush you off. For insurance claims, they are on the customer's side. About the only downside is their shop can be hard to find because it's off the main road.

Had a terrific experience with B&H. They were easy to work with, handled communication with insurance effectively, and had a much faster turn around time than other places I’d contacted. Workmanship looks great and they thoroughly detailed my “can tell we have kids” vehicle which was beyond what I’d expected (didn’t even ask them to). Would highly recommend!

I've been to B&H for my repair needs and they have always checked out the problem thoroughly, used good quality parts and treated me with professional respect. They know what they are doing. Yeah, my old cars keep breaking down, but they never act as if it's an inconvenience to work on them. They have definitely earned my recommendation.

My daughter hit a curb pretty hard trying to avoid a pothole. She bent the frame so badly that we had to get a new engine cradle. They took excellent care of my daughter’s car, and did so in a timely matter. They kept us informed the entire time, and didn’t try to charge us for any unnecessary work. Great company, and great people.

Had some really serious damage on my Honda Civic, and these guys all did a wonderful job of making it better than before the accident.

From the start they did a great job on an initial estimate, getting down on the ground to take a look and really assess the damages. Worked with us and our insurance to make things run as smoothly as it could and got our car in as soon as they could.

Provided updates throughout the repair when it was taking longer than expected due to parts ordering and were very transparent with what was happening.

The final product was a beautifully completed bodywork, well constructed and thorough mechanical repair, and overall excellent service. This was all the way down to the little details in the pin stripe.

A good body shop is a busy one. I would wait to have my car worked on by this group before anyone else. Dealing with any car repairs is annoying at best, but B & H really do make it so much easier. Super accommodating and friendly.

I feel confident in their work and would choose them any time.

Outstanding service from Cole. My first time here, I got safety inspection done and I was impressed by Cole. I am coming back on the 14th for an estimate. I don't like the fees they charge just for a estimate, but overall experience was good. Again Cole customer service is great!

B&H did a great job repairing our vehicle. They were very good at communicating the timeline of what was happening with repairs and insurance, and when to expect our vehicle back. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

I took my car to B&H to have my rear blinker fixed after I got rear-ended. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and willing to work with me. I wasn't able to drop off my car during their business hours but they were more than willing to allow me to drop it off while they were closed and leave the key in their dropbox.

My car was fixed within the timeline they originally gave me and it looked great. They also took the time to thoroughly clean both the outside as well as the inside of my car which i really appreciated. Their parking lot is a little tight but that is literally my only complaint. I would definitely recommend these guys!

This is a great place. My insurance company of course tried to cut the repair estimates down by half,yet this company told me don't worry we will figure it out and work with you, we can submit additional and get paid and ur car will be fixed. they've taken all the hassle out of it for me peeling with the insurance company and made this easy experience I cannot thank them enough or tell you how great that is for a business to do. If you are needing any type of work body work them to your car automotive give them a call they will become my new car shop. It is such a relief to find such a great company.
