We just moved to Gladstone last October and were looking to find a reliable auto service center like we enjoyed back in St Louis. Our neighbor recommended Cory’s Auto Service and we have been very pleased with their work and our new relationship. So far, so good.

You can trust Wayne Croy Car Care to address all that’s requested. If one of their mechanics notice an issue that needs addressed they will contact you to discuss one’s options. If you give them the go ahead to make the repairs their pricing is fair.
Their main goal is to keep your vehicle safe.
They take car of your car as if it was theirs.

I just went here for an inspection but I'm impressed, this place has great customer service!

My car had not been starting for several weeks. Wasn’t too familiar with any auto repair shops in the area, so decided to give here a try. This place appears to be family owned and they do a great job. I am not too familiar with cars and the people who work here were great at explaining to me what could possibly be wrong with my car and how to troubleshoot future problems myself. They got me all good to go and my car runs and starts like a charm. Great people, great work. They do seem to be busy a lot, but I’d assume because they’re good at what they do. I will definitely be back for any future needs for my car.

I took my 2012 Malibu in for a couple issues. I dealt with Jacob and he was great. Jacob contacted me with problems found and price of repairs. No problem referring others to Wayne Croy .

HIGHLY recommend this place! I have taken my Camaro here a few times. Not only has Jacob and his team always communicated well, service is on point and at a very fair rate. I love how if any issue arises I can drop off my car right away for an inspection at little to no cost. Jacob ensures quality every time!

I have been using Wayne Croy Care Center for over 20 years. They are the BEST!!! I like their attention to detail. Bob Harrington & Jake Harrington along with the other mechanics are friendly, efficient and their prices are reasonable. I have recommended them to friends and have always heard great results. If you're looking for a mechanic in the Northland, give them a call. You will NOT be disappointed.

I started coming here about 2 years ago when the Dealership had quoted upwards of $2,000.00 to repair my 2005 Mazda3. I was stunned. A friend recommended Wayne Croy Car Care so I gave them a shot. $86.00's later I drove away with a car riding like new!!!! I have gone back for basic maintenance since then and always have excellent service.

Feel very confident have Wayne Croy's mechanics work on my vehicle. They troubleshoot then call with a price to repair BEFORE they start repairing. Appreciate so much their honesty.

I stumbled upon Croy's by chance and I am so thankful that I did. I had an issue with my car's ignition and another shop had quoted me an outrageous amount to fix it. A friend from work told me to call Croy's before I completely gave up hope. I dropped my car off and the next morning I had a quote for less than half of what the other place was saying. Not only were the prices very reasonable, but the service was impeccable. They called me to tell me the cost before they worked on it, they gave me a free quote on some other work that I needed done, and when I needed to wait until payday to have them fix it, they did not pressure me at all... In fact, I was told that I could leave it there until I wanted it done, so I would not have to risk it breaking down driving back and forth. I would recommend this place to anyone who has any questions or concerns about the upkeep of their vehicle. It is a small town shop with a small town feel and a genuine concern for the welfare of those that they do business with. Thanks So Much!!

The whole team are very good at communicating problems and coming up with solutions and options together. I’ve used them for many years and will continue to use them for years to come. Parts are covered under a warranty. They’re reasonably priced and do great work.

I have worked as an Aircraft Mechanic for 25 years and have worked on medical equipment in hospitals for the past 15.
There has usually been a project cars or motorcycle in my garage for the past 40+ years.
But, I am at the point that I would rather have someone else do the service on my vehicles.
I have trusted Wayne Croy's to service and repair this vehicle for the past few years and have not been disappointed.
This time I had my 2004 titan in for a "100k mile refresh" and to address noise coming from the front end.
They diagnosed the noise to be caused by wheel hubs (bearings) along with an issue with my brake rotors.
They resolved the issue and the brakes feel better then they ever have (I have owned since new).
From the factory Titan brakes are known to be a bit mushy. To address that I had installed braided steel brake lines, which helped some but still not great.
Since they service them the brakes are awesome with great pedal feel.
I was also getting some noise from the power steering, whining a bit.
I has suspected I might be looking at a power steering pump, maybe a power steering rack.
They diagnosed it to power steering lines leaking allowing air into the system.
Although not a cheap fix, it was far cheaper than what I thought it might be, great job.

The fact that they offer first-come-first-serve state inspections first thing in the morning is a five star service all it's own.

Trusted not only by me, but also the lady who came in while I was waiting on my car. She had ran over something in the road and wanted to make sure nothing had damaged her car. Like me, she was not worried of them finding a false problem. As good as having a mechanic in the family.

Always get my car in relatively quick considering how busy they are! Worked well with me and never any issues with their service. I would recommend Wayne Croy, great service and very established.

I have been a customer of this repair facility for several years. I have had service performed for everything from safety inspections to brake work. All was performed satisfactory and certainly honestly. Work performed as quoted. I recently purchased a battery for my truck. I do have an appointment for an oil change and inspection. I only wish there were more honest businesses like this one.
