Firehouse Subs Antioch Mall

We were greeted upon entering and served quickly. It was our first time in so they gave us a tour of the menu. It was helpful in deciding between the great options. I tried the Cuban and it was outstanding. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. The bread is a great texture, not to hard but enough to keep the sandwich together.

We have frequented this location over the last few years and while we used to mostly carry out we have started dining in and every time we have the service has been above and beyond by far! The management staff is very personable and clearly willing to go the extra mile. Tonight when we came in it was the same expectation Jermain, James, and Jonathan were top notch. This has by far started to become my new favorite sandwich shop and subway is out of sight. Thank you all!

Hello.. I don't usually ever make a review but every time I've came to this location they have been awesome and the food is always to my liking. Like today I showed up at 10:30 am right as they open because I needed to eat before going in to Walmart. They were busy with online or catering and still they gave me great service and I got my food in a reasonable amount of time. Keep up the good work. I only come by ever 2 or 3 months but when I do it's to treat myself so thank yall.

Tony the manager was amazing. Him and his staff got swamped with online orders for the ½ off special. While the customers kept coming in so did the orders. He stayed very calm and and efficient while he worked and explained to everyone the situation and let them know that they are working diligently to get all these orders done. Some customers were noticeably upset and irritated when they walked in and there food was not ready at that moment, but Tony handled it very well. I just wanted to say that he and his staff are amazing and I wanted to let them know they are appreciated.

Excellent subs that are prepared with care. And their gluten-free bun is one of the best! Doesn't texture like typical dry hard gluten-free bread. Hook and Ladder...great sub! Service was really good across the board from the order to pickup. Impressive experience. Will be back again.

What great customer service! When I tried to balance too many things and they all ended up on the floor,they replaced my order at no charge, cleaned up the mess, and brought the order our table. They even added a cookie for each of us. Thank you very much!

Jonathon is fantastic, helpful, and friendly. Came in to order and he let me know if I place the order on the app, I would get a discount. And this is all an hour before close, this man deserves a raise.

Gluten free was AMAZING!! Don't have too many gf sub sandwich bread places here. We have Jimmy johns Unwich but if we want bread it's not served at many places. Glad someone got on board and it's amazing and only $1.50 extra for gf bread!

I order the new garlic bread for my sandwich, this was the best sandwich ive had in a long time from Firehouse the bread was nice and soft basically toasted just right. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Definitely reccomend this location.

This is a redo of a review that was supposed to go through but didn't. Staff is always friendly and courteous the main person Tony is a incredible person with a great personality who always goes above and beyond for his customers and employees. The food is incredible for the price with tons of options and add ons. The atmosphere is always fun like most fast food places there is alot of good and random hiccups but the staff handles it amazingly every time. I'd highly suggest coming here my go to order is. A new York steamer large on white with a order of the Mac n cheese a large drink and a brownie. Give it a go.

The app wasn't working right for our discount code on this visit. Manager asked to see my phone and he was able to correct the issue. Great food and service.
