I’ve received infusions for over 10 years and have been going to IVX at Briarcliff for the last year. Has been by far the smoothest and most efficient place I have used out of many over that 10 year period. Everyone there is super friendly and I feel like they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They make a medical procedure that most people probably dislike somewhat enjoyable and relaxing:)

This location were perfect. Not to be outdone by the staff, who were professional and proficient. It was an opportunity to watch one of your favorite TV shows or the news. As you relaxed in a recliner, you were offered water, soda and snacks. It was like”Saturday night at grandma’s house! GREAT JOB, EVERYONE!

Super friendly and courteous from the time I walked in the door until the time I left.!!! They made sure I was 100% comfortable and loved my niece! It was my first time and they definitely made sure I knew everything and made it a pretty easy process. The place was super nice and clean and had great amenities. I definitely recommend this place.!!! All the staff was superb and went beyond with their customer service. Looking forward to my next appointment with these lovely people.!!!!

This was the best experience I could have asked for. The previous facility was subpar and when I called my insurance they recommended this facility as it was an hour closer to my home. I was blown away.

My NP was amazing and attentive. The room was quiet, comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean, which is very important to my condition.

The people that work here are the nicest people I have ever dealt with they make sure your comfortable happy and everything else I highly recommend them for infusion and just regular lab work. Every single person at this infusion clinic is AMAZING!!!! I can't say it enough. I've been coming here for two years and have loved every Infusion. These wonderful ladies have become like family to me, that's how nice and dedicated and professional they are. Getting infused isn't the time of my life and I'd definitely rather not have to do it, but they have definitely made my experience 1000 times better!!!!!! I LOVE THIS INFUSION CLINIC AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They're just incredible 😍❤👍😁🤗🙂🤯❤❤❤❤
