Cinnabon

We ordered cinnamon roles to be picked up a day in advance for a brunch we were hosting. We had ordered from the catering menu. We received a call from store manager Eric the morning before picking up our order. He recognized that we were likely ordering food for the next day given our pickup time was 5pm. He talked to us about our order and revised it to cinnaPacks to save money. I felt this was great customer service to take the time to make these alterations to our order. I picked up my order and food was ready when I got there. Of course, the roles are delicious! And the cold brew was good too. I believe Cinnabon rolls are consistently good most places that you go. But customer service at this location takes it up a notch! Well done.

We had an afternoon free and decided to come to the plaza to eat at cinnamon. It was tasty and delicious. We got a center of the roll and cinnabites. They were both delicious. There's no parking super close but plenty of parking lots near by. The accessability is ok. There aren't places to eat in the restaurant so we took ours to a nearby bench. Service was fast and friendly.

Thank you so much to Erik and his team for the excellent customer service, amazing cinnamon rolls and delivery service! I dropped the ball this year and was late on placing a large order, but without any hesitation they knocked out our order and made my deadline achievable.

Amazing cinnamon rolls and the staff was extremely friendly!

Most of the experiences I've had with Auntie Anne's is at malls and airports and I'm used to getting pretty brisk, no-frill service. This place, however, is run completely differently. It feels very much like a local bakery. The employees are warm, positive and energetic. The store is bright and clean. They have a huge selection of products that they make fresh for you by hand. It's a whole different level of quality! Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and craving for some sweet (or savory) pretzel.

I had not had a Cinnabon for over 20 years, when I heard about the new one I wanted to go to see if they hit the same way. Between Eric's (owners) customers service & the food...I was a very HAPPY person leaving that store! Now there was a bit on an issue with the drinks but Eric made it right!!!

Came for delivery, this location surprised me with its size and options. The young lady at the front was very helpful and friendly. A wonderful change from what I have experienced on the Plaza.

Excellent cinnamon rolls. Fast and fresh hot out of the oven. Super friendly staff . helpful and informative. I would also like to add EXCELLENT customer service via Twitter. Waiting on the follow back.

Had the absolute sweetest cashier! She was so helpful and kind, got everything on our order right! I'm thrilled to finally have an authentic Cinnabon in KC!

I love cinnamon rolls but make sure you get em hot forgot to take pic when I went yesterday

Just stopped in to get some treats for my staff working Saturday the owner with there he helped me and was wonderful
He even told me how long to heat things up very pleased with my service I'll be back.
