Delicious options for those who have to eat gluten-free and veg AND those who don’t! Half of our crew are gluten-free by necessity, half are vegetarian, others have no dietary restrictions. We all choose The Littlest Bake Shop often. At brunch, biscuits and gravy or a tofu scramble. The sandwiches at lunch and early dinner are so good, the buns baked on-site are amazing. We get really excited about pizza days and are conflicted between pickle and BBQ with bakon as our favorite. The sweet treats are always delicious and the variety is ever-changing. Put a stop here on top of your list!

One of the best bakeries in the city, and not just for vegans! And they make amazing food, too! I’ve been getting cupcakes, muffins, cookies, drinks, and meals since 2020 and I have never been let down by anything I’ve tried! Their desserts are delicious with such unique flavors, and they are beautiful works of art! I love Littlest Bake Shop so much I got my wedding cake from them. It was gorgeous and so yummy!

Wow! Just wow! My husband surprised me with a chocolate cake/vanilla icing cake for my birthday a few weeks ago and it was beautiful and delicious but admittedly I was sad it was vanilla icing vs chocolate. I just had to try their chocolate/chocolate and also couldn’t help myself and got a blueberry lavender muffin. The muffin was hot and fresh out of the oven and it was amazing! The lavender was very subtle and perfect. The chocolate cupcake for lunch was also to die for.
Also not only is it vegan but soy free cupcakes which is so helpful given a soy issue my baby has!

It kills me that I don’t have a place like this near me. The entire shop is gluten free and vegan and it was just so refreshing to be able to order whatever I want and not have to worry about it. I haven’t had my allergies for all that long and the cupcake and biscuits were Impressively just as good. The herbed potatoes were out of this world and they even offer you house made ketchup or salsa to go with them

I have Celiac Disease and have always found comfort in this shop. I love everything about it, from the vibe to the food. My friend, who is neither gluten free nor vegan, also really enjoyed it.

Super cute little gluten-free and vegan bake shop! They change out their flavors, so there are new, exciting things to try - and the girls who work there are very friendly about offering suggestions! We got (from left) the lemon bar, green tea & chamomile, and mint chip cupcakes, which were all great!

The lemon was lightly flavored and not overpowering, and the mint chip was similarly balanced. They were all moist cakey, despite being vegan and gluten free.

There are a few small tables with seating inside, and there's an outdoor area that I imagine has seating outdoors when the weather is nicer. Very cute and sweet little bake shop, literally and figuratively.

Delicious food and very friendly staff. We tried a couple cupcakes that were both amazing. You’d never be able to tell they were dairy-free. And the Breakfast/Brunch items were surprisingly creative (like the Burnt End Tofu Sandwich and the Hollandaise Tofu Scramble).

I was very pleased with my first visit today. Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and a bubbly attitude. The vibe is cute and gives "little cottage". I had the Midwest and it was so yummy and filling. I also tried the Lemon Muffin and it was also tasty. I will be back!

Delicious gluten-free and vegan treats! The staff here are so nice and there are unique items I can't get anywhere else (hello, vegan egg cream!). I've had many of their baked goods and highly recommend the almond torte if you ever have the chance - I think it's usually offered during the winter holidays. The brunch items are also highly appreciated :)

I placed an order for a Christmas celebration with my family, which has a wildly long list of allergies. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me to share a cake, particularly with my uncle who is so used to saying “I can’t have that.” Iris worked with me to create something special that would meet my family’s needs.

Pictured is a mint chocolate cake that is made with tapioca starch and magic. I’m not personally gluten free or vegan myself, but my whole family and I loved it. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Professional, pleasant, does not rush customers, clean, great ambiance, well lighted, great vegan food taste. Benefits of being vegan are magnified by a restaurant of this caliber. Super applause for locating on Troost.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to go for gluten-free and meat free eats! Everything is always delicious, the staff are really friendly. It feels like we are going to see friends each time we go and we are never disappointed with our order. I think the hardest part is figuring out what to order because everything sounds good.

I love the new location. The food is always spot on. Best vegan food in Kansas City. Always fresh and natural. I have many favorites, including any of the tofu scrambles and birthday cupcakes.

Incredible! Just looking at the menu, it's obvious they keep things unique and exciting. I have only visited the one time so far, but having buttery, soft biscuits free from gluten and dairy (first time in 6 years!) was so exciting.

Iris always does an amazing job! From custom cakes to her delicious menu! Gluten-free vegans can enjoy whatever they want! Stop in for brunch on the back patio on the weekend, you won’t be disappointed!

The cake was not only beautiful but tasted AMAZING! Best tasting gluten free and vegan dessert we’ve ever had, And we have tried a lot. Also, the place is the cutest! Highly recommend!💕

Friendly service and nice atmosphere. I had The Missouri. I am pretty picky about tofu scramble, but I'm glad I tried theirs. It was delicious. Will definitely visit again.
