The team at the N 78th location was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain what they were doing and were up front with the cost. The General Manager took the time to answer all my questions and kept me updated on my cars progress.

I got an oil change and was helped by Julie this morning. She did great! I felt totally comfortable and informed throughout & I will definitely be back again 😄

Julie was great. She was nice and made the visit easy. She helped me with a coupon and was really transparent about everything. I have been coming to this location for a few years and I never feel like they are being anything but kind and honest.

Julie was amazing! Very nice and hard working. Got me in and out quick. Definitely recommend this location for fast service and oil change.

I have always loved all jiffy lubes but this location has julie and she goes above and beyond my expectations, On top of that she is extremely knowledgeable and very skilled at her job . At this point you couldn't pay me to get my car serviced anywhere else .

Excellent service. Thank you Jordan, you’re very patient. Love the drive-through service without having to request it, and I’m glad that you guys understand how important that is to people. Prompt service, and very accurate with who came first taking them in order as we arrived. Three of us arrived before opening and they serviced us in the order in which we arrived.

I've visited this location three times for Oil changes. Julie is always polite and informative. On a previous visit Julie informed me about air filters. I did choose to get it changed after showing me. No shop has ever informed me about Air Filters. It was extremely dirty.

Patrick made it a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The wait was minimal and the service was outstanding. I moved over to this area not long ago and am so glad I decided to give you all a try. You have a new regular now! I’ll 100% be back. Thank you for your time, the smiles, and the quality service.

Jiffy Lube on 78th and State is absolutely amazing I got off of work and came in to get my oil changed and the very nice gentleman told me that they actually close at six but he stayed open late just for people who get in late very very good customer service very pleasant. I would suggest anybody to come out here to the Jiffy Lube off of 70 and State always get amazing treatment. They will always get my business.

Quick and professional. I usually change my own oil, but my garage is full and I was way over due. The price seemed a little high to me, but worth it for the convenience. My oil and filter is about $62, which means I paid about $55 for labor and the convenience. Not bad.

Jiffy lube is the accident place to go and get your oil changed they are very professional and courteous and somewhat humorous I would recommend this place to my friends and my family thanks guys

The staff were very nice and even informed me that my coolant was pretty low. Normally I have issues getting my oil changed and always try to get up charged on things that are not even necessary at the time. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you for treating me like a person and explaining things to me that I may not have understood.

Friendly and helpful. I had questions about the oil change on a used car I'd just purchased and Joe was very informative. I feel like I'm in a better position to get the best performance out of my new purchase!

I will definitely refer my family and friends to jiffy lube. I went for an oil change and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm on a strict budget and the pricing was very reasonable! I didn't have a long wait and they were busy for a Friday afternoon! Great experience.... I will be returning for my next oil change.

This is the place to go for your Oil change and other services! The people here are so inviting and take the time to answer your questions. The team is awesome and works well together!

The manager went above and beyond taking care of an issue I ran in to because of Kia not getting filters out for 2023 vehicles. Good job to him and his staff. Great experience. Will be going back for sure!
