They got the issue diagnosed early, fixed it same day, and I had no issues! They communicate quickly and well, labor rates were reasonable, and next time I need car work done, I'm coming back to Auto Werks.

I came here with my partner, because he needed his rear rotors fixed on his impala. The owner was worried about his safety and told him he couldn't in good conscience let him drive away. Thank God he talked some sense, explained how severe the damage was and cared for our well-being. It got fixed in less than a day and now we're driving in a safer vehicle. Highly recommend. Saved my day. I had a flat tire and they were able to make an appointment in an hour. Pulled in and they immediately started working on it, no wait. Luckily they had a used tire with the same tread wear so I didn’t have to get all new tires (my car has AWD). Saved me $1000! Fast, friendly and affordable.

A friend recommended BK at Auto Works because he is honest, explains issues clearly, does good work and is respectful to women customers. I went for a diagnostic. He and his associate looked under my car, determined that the missing underliner piece was not essential and advised not replacing it due to excessive charge for replacement. I appreciate that level of ethical service. I will go there for my next oil change and any other future car issues.

Went in for an oil change and to get a second opinion on some work done by at another shop. BK was extremely knowledgeable, honest and great at communicating concepts to a laymen like myself.

I had two control arms replaced and a wheel alignment done. They had good pricing. BK and Jose were great guys to work with. They were very honest and great at explaining what was going on with my car.

Called about a possible belt replacement and to check the brakes before a road trip. Great customer service, dropped the car off at 9am got a call by 11am that it was ready for pick up. They discovered a very minor issue, didn’t try and push any additional repairs on me, and gave me a discount for not needing to do much! High recommended if you want a reliable and trustworthy auto shop.

This is the best auto service you will find in Kansas City and in the surrounding area!! As soon as I walked up, I was greeted and asked how they could help me. BK and the crew made me (a 22 year old women) feel comfortable and well taken care of!! They gave a thorough inspection of my tires to find that I had two flats and needed an alignment. BK gave me several options of how we could go about fixing it, instead of just telling me what they were going to do. Auto Werks gets the job done right - I can assure you of that! BK and the rest of the staff were so honest and respectful. I came in for some work over the summer with a list of prices and recommendations from another shop. BK took the time to talk through the list with me, let me know what was truly necessary and what was just the other shop trying to upsell me.

I am used to shop staff talking down to me or assuming I don’t know anything, perhaps because of my gender. However, BK took the time to understand the extent and limitations of what I knew without being condescending. The whole shop treated me like a friend, and my little car has been right as rain ever since.

I woke up with a completely flat tire, was able to fill it up just enough to get to the shop without even calling in advance. They got me in right away, exchanged all four tires for a reasonable price and I was able to take the car home not long after arrival. BK explained everything patiently and thoroughly, including the itemized receipt. Overall it was a really great experience and I would definitely recommend this shop!

My family and I drove up to Kansas City for a quick vacation in our minivan and were having a wonderful time until we accidentally ran over a small piece of rebar sticking out of a spot in a parking lot.

Our tire was completely destroyed, and we quickly called a couple of places to see what our options were for roadside assistance, towing, etc. When we called Auto Werks, the person we spoke with on the phone was very patient and helpful.

We got our car into the garage and the folks at Auto Werks were able to quickly replace our tire and get us back to our vacation fun within an hour of the incident. The prices for parts and labor were very reasonable and from a customer service standpoint our experience was excellent. I'd recommend Auto Werks without any reservations whatsoever!

this is the place to take your car!! Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. BK was so incredibly helpful and I’m so grateful I called autowerks. I don’t live in Kansas and was just visiting. Friday afternoon my car suddenly stopped working. I was freaking out since I planned on leaving back home Saturday (8hr drive) and didn’t know what to do. I called 5 other places and they all said they couldn’t help till Monday. I called autowerks and BK said he wanted to help me out since I was in a rough situation. The tow guy jumped my car and I was able to head over to the shop. When I arrived he suggested local areas for me to wait it out or the waiting room in the shop. He was quickly able to diagnose my car and replace the battery and send me on my way. He was so generous and kind during the whole service and had me out in less than an hour! I would be stranded without him and his teams speedy work! This is a great shop and I 100% recommend bringing your car here.

Was passing through Kansas City when the unfortunate happened and my car died out on an on ramp. Come to find out my car was leaking oil… called them up and they took my within 30 mins and had us done up within a couple hrs!! Very thorough and incredibly nice! Double checked their work with a test drive to make sure I was safe to head on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
