It's nice that you can charge your student account and pay your balance when they bill you.
I appreciate that they have school supplies and food, though I wish they had a few more filling food options when I'm in a pinch.

Very nice store, the manager is passionate and helpful. My books were ready quickly and the pickup process was easy. They also have great things to buy including school merch and tech.

As student, just returning to college after over 30 years, I appreciate the ease of finding and utilizing the UMKC Bookstore. Got me some shirts, hats and hoodies to represent, found the books I needed and got for the low low. I stop in whenever I'm in the Student Union just to see if they got some new stuff.

Amazing staff.. although some items are cheaper elsewhere you just want to buy something from here!!!

The people working at the bookstore were very helpful when trying to find books for particular graduate classes, and were equally helpful in helping me find a backpack that would fit my 17" laptop, which is fully returnable and comes with a 3 year manufacturer's warranty. Not too shabby.

The service was impeccable. A young lady found, what I could not find, by looking harder than I did.
More inventory items would be great, but selections were still pretty good. Personally, I wish there were more alumni items.
My wife matriculated at the Katz School of Pharmacy. I earned my MBA from the Bloch School of Business. We are eternally grateful for this fine college. We liked it so much that we still live within a mile from UMKC, in Brookside.
I really wish I could remember the name of the young lady that assisted me, because she was outstanding! I was there about 11am today, 9.25.18.
