Ely's Stone Bridge

Very beautiful here. Need to walk about a quarter mile to get there, but it was worth it.

Beautiful little 1 lane bridge built by a man and his son! A guy who lives near by keeps it mowed so people can get down below it. I was amazed by their work.

Tried to visit this location. Multiple fences put up between dead end road and the bridge. Looks very difficult to access the bridge in any way. Very disappointed. UPDATE, found if you get there from Hardscrabble road and Timber road to Stone bridge road, you can park very close to the bridge. Neighbor has mowed a path down to the bridge. It was worth the work to find another way. The other approach to it requires 1/2 to 3/4 mile walk from the extensive barricades. It was worth finding. My drone pics show multiple angles. i bumped up from 1 to 4 stars now that I can access :)

9/6/2021 - saddened. Went to see the famed bridge but the troll guarding it wanted too much money to pass. It the. said the only option you have to see my bridge is to walk 1/4 mile barefooted down this jankie road on to an unstable and questionable embankment.
