Beckridge Hunting Preserve

The land is rolling but not hilly. There are cut paths for walking in between but there is plenty of great bird cover to walk through too. The guides were accommodating, personable, shared training ideas and had hard working well trained dogs. Halfway through the hunt coffee and soft drinks were brought to the field. The hunting experience was A1. The accommodations we're private and very nice. The price was very economical. The owners are really great people. Everyone of my friends said that they want to make the trip an annual event.

I was more than impressed. I have hunted many a preserve and this place is top notch. Hunter friendly manicured fields, the birds fly great, bird cleaning room is very nice, and the owners and staff are friendly. The come out halfway through your hunt and bring you beverages and snacks along with water for the dogs if needed. Highly recommend.

This is the closest thing to wild hunting you will find!! Hard flying birds, great cover and beautiful habitat. Mr. and Mrs. Beck are truly gracious hosts!! Whether it's a 1/2 day or you spend a few days there it will be an awesome hunt. I have chased wild pheasants for 40 years and I can tell you honestly if you are an out of state hunter the price is right!! I'm from NE Indiana and we go two to three times a year! What a great experience! Well run by a great bunch of people! Birds were very big and jumped like wild birds! AWESOME! Grandpa was there for grandkids first bird!

Top rate place. Their birds fly and aren't some fat pen birds that die after 20 yards. They have a bunch of fields and good prices.
