Worst customer service ever. I have a service dog, she's a miniature Chihuahua that stays in my purse. I got asked why I needed a service dog, I explained that she's an emotional support dog. She then went on to tell me that having an emotional support dog wasn't a service dog. Here's the thing my dog is a certified emotional support dog. I have paperwork for her.. You're not allowed to ask why you have a service dog.. She was super rude. You have now lost my service. You should teach your employees to be respectful, have manners, and definitely better customer..

So, you think if a Mother of more than 2 children that walk into your Palo-Mini-Mart are not cable of having a job and money?

Went into buy Benadryl for a allergic reaction. the lady wanted to be rude and make Snide comments because I wasn’t using a card. I’m guessing it was because it was five minutes until they closed she had already covered her register but seriously horrible customer service.

They could use some customer service training. Rude staff.
Iowa is medicinal now, she may want to look into it and just be happy. It goes a long way.

Customer service was terrible, as I was buying I drink I could see the cashier (lady) staring at me the whole time and made me feel super uncomfortable, than as I went to purchase my drink she was very snotty to me after I told her she gave me the wrong amount of change like it was my fault? Overall I won't come here ever again as everything's overpriced anyways

If I could give them a half star I would have. Was stranded and I asked to call for assistance and they said they didn't have a phone. I've called them and wow they lied. Thanks for looking out for the customer. Or
