The best of the best! Had a knock in the front end of my 2014 F-150. Dropped it off this morning and picked it up this afternoon. Joe is very professional, honest, affordable and a great mechanic. Appreciate his knowlege and respect. Thank you Palo Auto!

Love having these guys as a resource for my vehicles when I’m out of town. Family can drop off vehicle and whatever repair is done and reasonably priced. Want to give 1 star to keep this place hidden from others so I can get in sooner but Joe is too good a guy for that.

Had my alternator replaced after the dealership diagnosed the problem and quoted me $1100. Palo Auto Repair was able to get me in the very next morning and replaced my alternator for $545. Everything is running great now and I would recommend making Palo Auto Repair your go to shop.

Joe is very knowledgeable, honest, and does not oversell you, prices are fair. We don’t take our cars to anyone besides him. 10/10 recommend him to anyone.

Joe and his folks at Palo Auto are so knowledgeable and honest. Great service and prices. It is a breath of fresh air to find a mechanic shop that knows autos and truck inside and out. Gsons truck broke down and needed to get back to Illinois. Fixed and on road in 24 hours with a major repair. And no price gouge either. I was so thankful for Joe and his ability to make things happen so quickly. This is the best I have seen!!

I was referred to this place by a family member and was about to go into debt if I would of went with another local shop. This place saved me so much money and had the job done within a couple hours and I was quoted a two week time frame from the other shop I was about to go with . Of course most people will only take the time to write bad reviews, but I wanted to take the time to write a good one as my experience with Palo Auto Repair has been excellent. I was having issues with my blower motor on my Kia which brought me to Palo Auto Repair upon a recommendation. I've been to many repair shops in my day, but the people here were just great. Very friendly and the thing that I like the most..they aren't some big dealer that only cares about numbers. I've never felt as comfortable with a repair shop more than these guys. Highly recommended!

I trust my vehicle to no one else but Joe. He does quality work and takes the time to explain to me what needs to be done. He's willing to make time as well whenever something unexpected comes up. A+++ business!

These people fixed my problem at a pretty low reasonable cost. In addition, fixed it in a pretty timely manner and then detailed what I should watch out for with my car in the future. I couldn't ask for too much more.

Took wife's car in for body repair. They did beautiful job with body work and painting. Even vacuumed inside and dusted dash. Didn't want a penny over the estimate. I recommend these guy's if you want good work.

I called in the middle of the week trying to find any shop that would look at my car on a Saturday and they happliy took the car in on Saturday got the parts in by next weekend and put it in on a Saturday. Very happy with the work!

Great prices and super quick turnaround on your vehicle. They don't try to sell you things you don't need eiyher. It's hard to find a mechanic you trust. I trust Joe and his shop.
