Farmers Insurance - Steven Schoenfeld

Steven Schoenfeld recently set down with me and reviewed the Farmers Insurance policies that I had on my Car, Truck and Home. He was very careful to make sure that I had adequate coverage on all the policies and showed me some areas where I could save some money. I thought he was very knowledgeable of what was needed and made sure I understood all the changes that he was recommending. His efforts saved me a considerable amount of money on all three policies and I would highly recommend him to anyone and I believe him to be a very competent insurance agent.

I have known Steve for over 15 years. He has always been helpful, patient and kind. My husband and I talk with Steve at least once a year when it is time to review or health insurance. I believe he is very trustworthy and explains all of our options.

Steve was my dad's agent. Shortly after he passed away, his truck got hit in a parking lot. Steve was a great help and took care of it. Because of that I switched to him. Steve is a fantastic agent. He advocated for us with the Adjuster on our derecho repairs, he's responsive to requests.

We walked in unannounced. Steve readily accepted our request for him to be our agent. He's very straight forward with answers, and allows his clients to participate in choosing the best coverage for their needs.

We were shopping for new insurance with better rates and a company a company with high ratings from current customers. We chose to contact Stevn at Schoenfeld and it was great working with him through the quoting process. He has a great amount of knowledge and is happy to talk over any of your questions. We signed the policy and feel very good about it.

Steve has been my for a while, and he is ALWAYS on top of things. He reaches out to me anytime he finds possible discount opportunities for me. Sends emails in advance to remind me of upcoming plan renewals (I usually just do 6 month payments). He has always replied to me in an impeccable and efficient manner/ timeframe. Best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

I have had such a great experience working with Steve! His personal service is excellent! He really goes the extra mile. He will call and remind me if my policy is up for renewal. He is always quick to respond to phone calls and emails. I recently refinanced a home mortgage, he had the documents to me the same day I reached out to him. Steve always answers any questions I have and is very knowledgeable. If you need an agent, go with Steve. He is the best!

Switched from another agent within farmer's and could not be happier with that decision. No joke by far the most responsive agent I have ever had. Steven is a down to earth easy to talk to and explains things in an easy way to follow/understand. Highly recommend him

Steve was fantastic to work with. Extremely quick, confident he could find us something for us and our situation. (And he did) If you are on the fence about insurance companies I would 1000% recommend him. He was professional, nice and returned my call within 30 mins. I really can’t say enough nice things about him.

Moved to IA recently and was looking for local auto and home insurance coverage. Steven is efficient and quick with his replies and very thorough in going through our coverage. Insurance can be confusing, but he explained our policies that make sense. He also found us discounts and ways of saving money without losing the great coverage that Farmer's provides. I'm so glad I chose Steven to help us with renters and auto insurance! Typically I do not like dealing with insurance companies…it’s too stressful. Steve made the process of changing insurance companies a breeze as he is very approachable and knowledgeable. I regret not changing over sooner as I saved some money with much better coverage and customer service!

I had purchased online Auto Farmers Insurance. I have not received any policy coverage documents. I was very frustrated by calling customer care numbers and waiting more than 30 minutes to have someone available to talk. Steve is very helpful person. Even though I am not his client he resolved my problem quickly. Thank you so much Steve.

Steve has always provided outstanding service. When I started using Steve/Farmer's for insurance, I was in a sticky situation with my current house and liability coverage only on my flooded house being cancelled by my former insurance company... he listened to and understood my needs and provided the right policy. I stayed with Steve/Farmer's even after the flood house was resolved, because of the wonderful service he provides. I would and do recommend him often!
