Rich has been my go-to jeweler for 10 years. I was recommended to him by a good friend and the very least I can do is pay it forward by recommending him to anyone reading this.

Rich is extraordinarily kind, always has a big, sincere smile on his face, cares for each of his customers both professionally and personally, and-- not for nothing-- makes and stocks beautiful jewelry. In fact, my fiance is wearing the engagement ring he made for us, and will very soon be wearing a wedding band similarly sourced from Riches Jewelers.

I drive over an hour to see Rich, zooming past countless closer jewelry stores on my way. I heartily suggest you should do the same.

I will never forget the heart stopping-gasp that Christine made when she discovered that the diamond I gave her 35 years ago was missing from the setting in her engagement ring. After we lamented and cried together, she made a decision; “Let’s go to Riches Jewelers, he’s the only one I trust.”

He took the time, care and professionalism to explain why stones dislodge from their setting over time and what our options were to replace her diamond. The selection, quality and value available to us was exceptional. When we purchased the new diamond, he strengthened the setting and it was more beautiful than is was 35 years ago.

Riches gets it. Listen we do not all make Big salaries at Riches they want to help people first. They fit my modest budget with the 4 c's and made me feel special. All the stores can hit price point at Riches they artfully make you feel comfortable getting there "just the right balance " btw I live in North Carolina he built trust with me online and over the phone. Riches Jewelers is one of the finest jewelry stores we have encountered across the nation. He is personally hands on, excellent in creating custom pieces, and very willing to do repairs. Small store, small prices too!

Went into Richies to have a battery replaced on my watch, was greeted very friendly and after a brief conversation Rich asked me to come back in a half hour and I should be all set. Returned to pick up my watch and was only charged 10 dollars but me not usually carrying cash tried to use my card when he told me he can only takes cards on 20 or more dollar transactions. Makes perfect sense for a jeweler so I said I'd be right back to and was qucikly deffered to that won't be necessary any cash you have would be fine, only had 6 bucks not that it's a large amount of money but the service and the principal behind this business is A+. Would HIGHLY recommend taking your business here and thanks again Richie.
