Great food! Warm atmosphere and service.

Haven't been there in years.. it was my husband's 1st time. Perfect fried oysters. Well be back. They now have outside seating &🐾🐾friendly. We'll be able to stop with our 🐾kalee 🐾when we're traveling .

Excellent food..
Especially the prime rib and the desserts are home cooked style.. five stars all around..

New Fern was excellent. The fried haddock was perfect. My wife had the seafood broil. Their Mac and cheese side is creamy, cheesy, deliciousness. Everything was outstanding. We were accepted on a Friday night without a reservation, but I do not recommend that on weekends. Call ahead to reserve a table. They filled up quickly after we were seated, and I overheard others without reservations being turned away, politely. I am so grateful they fit us in on such a busy night. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their offerings. We will be going back soon to try some other entries that sounded great. We did not have dessert but saw a bunch go by us. Omg! The slices of cake are huge, and I could smell the lovely aroma as they went by. I think one was an espresso cake. Man, did it smell good! This was unexpected for Muncy PA. This small town really has some good places to eat. New Fern is now in my top 2 in town.

We had a fantastic meal at New Fern Park last week. It had been a while since we've eaten there so we didn't know what to expect. The menue truly has something for everyone. We started with soup. I had the crab bisque, my wife had the Mac and cheese with ham . Both were excellent. For our main dish I had the Seafood St. David, which was fabulous. My wife had the steak salad, which she said was fabulous. Service was quick and friendly and the portions were extremely generous. We will definitely be back.

The food is delicious and the portions are amazing. Service is a little too relaxed at off times, and always make sure you ask the prices of their specials or desserts before ordering.

Great food and more than what you pay for! Only advice is make plates a little smaller (there was 2-3 servings more than I could handle) to help keep pricing lower. Each meal was on average of $25-30 a plate not including drinks or appetizers. But very nice staff and very good food!

The food is fantastic, guarantee your going to take food along home. Desserts are amazing you can't eat all of it

We happened upon this place today as we were heading home from an afternoon at Montour Preserve. I was expecting a tiny dive bar, but was met with a bright and welcoming full restaurant.

The beer selection was decent for a small place, our food was delicious and the prices were fantastic. I kept eyeing up the dessert menu but was too full to finish my meal (hardly ever happens!), let alone order the homemade peanut butter pie. Next time I’m getting dessert first! We will definitely be back!

Great food, great atmosphere and the most amazing staff anywhere around. We have been going here for years. They make us feel like Norm walking into "Cheers"! Gillian the bartender is the best around!

Today was our first time back since the fire/rebuilding. (Schedules and such just didn't permit it.) We used to come there regularly. Lunch menu was good, but what really interested us was seeing the dinner menu retained many favorites we had from the old place. We look forward to coming back again in the future!

Generous portions, great food, and amazing service!

Glad we got to enjoy a fabulous lunch at New Fern Park before shut down!! The Rueben was great and the fresh haddock was also yummy!! The crab stuffed portobello my husband got looked awesome....he said it was! We will be back.... even if it's only for take out😊

Great food friendly atmosphere!! also the specials are always new and exciting great for people who don't always want the same thing over an over again but if ya are one of them people their dinner menu is full of long time favorites.

Very nice atmosphere and the service was really friendly. The food was good and was a generous serving size. We look forward to going back and trying other items on the menu.

First time here and it was fantastic. We got the broiled seafood special and it was cooked perfect!! Cold beer too!! nice atmosphere. Check it out sometime!!

We come here every fall for the German Oktoberfest specials. Excellent wurst and schnitzel's. Good portions, good service, and good selection of German beers. Hope they never change!
