Fu Lay Chinese Restaurant

My takeout order was ready when i arrived and a sweet young lady took care of me at the counter. FOOD IS AWESOME and FRESH. 🙂

Excellent food! Best Chinese food we’ve found in The Poconos!!

The wings and wonton soup were delicious. Very friendly and honest people too. I left my credit card there and they called and held it for me.

1st time we ordered food it was beyond excellent.

2nd time I went food was excellent, the broccoli could have been a bit softer, that's the only issue...

The 2nd time I actually missed them by 15 mins and they were closed but I ask the owner if he could plz make those 2 things I needed and he kindly said yes and made my parents very happy.

It is made so fresh. The general tso is cooked very well. My kids loved it too!

Best Chinese food in Stroudsburg! The service is always fast and friendly. Food is always hot and never greasy. The restaurant always looks clean.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area! The food is very well seasoned and has great flavor. Every time I order the results are consistent. The staff are very kind. They let you order online directly which is great, so you can avoid the price gouging order/delivery services.

They have some of the best Chinese food in town!!!! Everything is so fresh definitely one of the best places to visit you will not be sorry

Fu Lay doesn't look like much but don't let the looks deceive you because they probably have the best Chinese food in all of Stroudsburg. They are the only Chinese place in the area that actually makes their food extra spicy if you ask for it. There has not been a single meal that has disappointed me from this place. They have a small seating area but I have only ever gotten takeout. The portions are fairly similar to all the other places but their quality is unmatched in many regards. I usually get their hot and sour soup, chicken with mixed vegetables in a curry sauce, general tso chicken combination, and lo mein. Every one of those dishes are absolutely delicious and made to order. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I stopped in here on a Tuesday when my regular shop was closed (new thing closing on Tuesdays) I'm ways afraid to try new Chinese restaurants but I'm glad I did. They were surprisingly good! Even less sodium than my usual and they were a bit cheaper too! Food was good and reasonable. I will be going back

IMPRESSED! We had a very large order for pickup and they were slammed at the time, but the customer service we received was great! The order was accurate, the service friendly, and the food fantastic! Definitely worth taking the short trip to carry-out versus the closer delivery option! The owner even called to follow up on how we liked the food!

I have been to a lot Chinese restaurants around the country, and some the food was good others was just ok. I know this may sound weird but it’s true the service sometimes are never the best even if the food is good, but this place by far food and customer service is 5stars without a doubt. The owner and his wife are so pleasant, friendly and just amazing people. I live in NJ but when I’m around here I always stop in and thank you guys for the friendly service.

We were visiting from out of town and wanted Chinese take out on a rainy day. Fu Lay was a pleasant surprise. We ordered 2 different combination dinners. My wife had General Tso Chicken, fried rice and an egg roll. I had szechuan beef, fried rice and an egg roll. The General Tso was crispy, the sauce was tangy, very good. The szechuan was spicy and the veggies were perfect. The fried rice was excellent and the egg rolls were average. The best part of the meal was everything was well prepared and not at all greasy. For a little hole in the wall place they do an excellent job. We would definately go back again.

I ordered over 300 dollars worth of food for my friends joint bachelor and bachelorette party and everything was fantastic! They even called to make sure everything was good, which it most certainly was!

I stopped in here during Stroudfest and it was a hit with the family. Prices are relatively cheap for a sit down meal (around 8.50) and food comes out fast. The people there are nice and the atmosphere is kinda cozy.

The food and service has always been good but I just wanted to tell ppl that I'm ordering right now and they seem to be taking proper precautions. I was worried about restaurant food because of COVID-19 and haven't bought any for a couple months. Fulay has a set up at the entrance to minimize contact and all the workers are wearing masks. Some are wearing a face shield over the mask. I've been living in Stbg 30 years and have been there many times. It has always been kept clean.

So I been out here for almost 5 years and this was my first time getting food from Fu Lay. Hands down best chinese I have had out here in Stroudsburg. Fresh, not greasy and perfect portions. Will be going here from now on.

Best Chinese food in the Poconos. I drive an hour each way when we want Chinese food.. an there's two different ones within 10-15 min from me. That should tell you something
