Gary and Lori are so nice! I went to Smith's for the first time last week. Lori was very helpful and I appreciated her feedback. Today, I went back and I met with Gary. He was so helpful and an overall very interesting and talented man! Talking with them both, I felt like I knew them for years. Gary Smith is a certified forensic gemologist. There are only two of them in the entire world so that let's you know his knowledge of gemstones is unsurpassed. He creates, cleans, restores and repairs fine jewelry. Gary created a lovely choker necklace and matching drop earrings of natural pink pearls for me. I have purchased 5 incomparable gemstone rings from him, one of which is antique Victorian. Gary has repaired and cleaned two lovely, antique, gold and shell, high- relief, hand carved, cameo brooches for me. He is simply the best of the best!
