Arby's

This Arby's was great. Everything still looked like the 80s/90s look. Service was great and friendly and food was hot and fresh.

Usually when people leave a review, it’s a complaint towards a business. I feel it is necessary to also acknowledge the good too! Kevin in the drive through was very personable, welcoming and kind. His customer service skills were great! What a great person to have on this team. Thank you Kevin for such a good experience and all of your hard work and dedication to your job. You deserve 5 stars.

For Arbys food it was good, I only gave it a 3 for food because no fast food is a 5. However it was the cleanest store I have been in in a long time. Customer service was exceptional especially in this day and age. The workers were pleasant and friendly. To the manager/supervisor on duty keep up the great work.

This Arby's resturant was in the classic (retro) style. The mosaic tile on the floor was a through back to the sixties. It was beautiful. The service was super friendly and attentive. The food was also good and fresh. If you are passing through the area, stop in and check it out!

Be prepared to wait for what you want but absolutely worth the wait especially for the specials like the wagyu burgers!

The food was fine the service was adequate but who to thought that at 2:30 in the afternoon the restaurant would be busy.. The drive-through was backed up. The employees moved the lines and the quality of the food was fine. The inside of the store was clean and pleasant.

Not much for their specialty sandwiches but I do like their original Arby's sandwich

Honestly, this Arby's is very hospitable and so vintage it takes me back in time to when a fast food restaurant could be a "healthy" experience. Also the cashier was especially nice to my 3 year old daughter trying to make her feel welcome!

Older mature staff that always gets your order correct the first time.

It's always nice to sit down and inhale some beef and cheddars 😁😁👌🤤 I also prefer the place to be empty so there's no witnesses to my roast beast murder haha 5 stars😈

I go here when I'm In the mood for roast beef. I love the arby sauce. The gentleman at the drive thru window was very pleasant.

Absolutely the best beef and cheddar I've had in forever old school look rocking it! If it ain't broke don't fix it. Unfortunate they are owned by Inspire, so the quality probably will not last! Hot and fresh! Great job.

Mom and I like to stop here. Great sandwiches and soda floats. That was fun. Haven't done one in a long time. Nice memory went with that.
Lived the beef, cheddar, bacon sandwich. Would do that again.
Helpful employees. Served our order personally to our table. That was a nice touch!

Supper was great as usual...they have a great, honest staff there I forgot my purse didn't realize it til we were 30 minutes away, after calling them, even though they were closed they waited for us to pick it up. You guys rock! Thanks a bunch. 😀

Love this Golden Strip Arby's. Any time I go in (for the Greek gyro) staff apologizes for the wait because they have to make it. Guys, gals - I don't mind waiting for fresh, made when ordered food - even the fries! I can tell they are busy, but everyone is friendly and courteous. Unlike other fast food joints, the interpersonal conversations stop immediately as staff focus on service. Awesome. Other places, ya have to wait for Becky's story about whatever to end before she will take your order. Great job, Arby's!

Fast service and the usual Arby's quality. We will stop again when we are in the area

Arby's in Williamsport are a good quick and easy place to grab and go and get to the next place!! Good to eat lunch, dinner!!

If your into Arby's then this is a good one to stop by and eat at. Only negative I can think of is the fact they don't sell potato cakes/hash browns anymore but that's obviously not this Individual Arby's restaurants fault
