Mattress Firm Muncy

We got there and were asked a couple questions and the salesman led us right to the perfect bed. My son continued to look around but we ended up buying the first mattress he suggested. We had to have it delivered and that went very smoothly as well. My son loves his new mattress!

We had Mike as our sleep expert and he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and helped us in picking out the perfect bed for our needs. He was very kind and the whole experience was great!

Bob was very helpful and did not badger us at all. Allowed us to make our own decision but was able to answer all of our questions. Great shopping experience. Have already suggested to friends to go see Bob if they need a mattress

After looking at mattresses at Mattress Firm in Muncy PA, I decided I needed to take measurements of my current bed situation. Then Mattress Firm called me a week later with sale prices on the choices I had looked at. Three days later I purchased a Beauty Rest mattress & am currently awaiting its arrival. Both of the salespeople, Kim & Scott, were great, & answered all my questions, & saved me a lot of money!

My salesman Robert was very knowledgeable and helped in many ways to see that we got our bed! Had an issue with approval paperwork, but with persistence got it taken care of and would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking to purchase a bed! Thanks Mattress Firm!

Scott was phenomenal, walked me through everything. Answering all my questions, pointing out the things I didn't even expect. Can't wait for my new bed! Only one problem, even though you deliver within 15 minutes of me,he is having a hard time getting my delivery and set-up thru because I'm in a "gray" area. I spent just short of $10,000 and feel delivery and set-up should NOT be an issue. Scott is going above and beyond to make this happen for me. My husband is disabled and is unable to help me so I really need it. Again kudos to Scott!

I just bought a new mattress from Bob Lucchi and he was very helpful and knowledgeable and let me take my time testing them out and looking around and answered any questions I had and he even stayed late for me and didn’t rush me and I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything at all it was a very positive experience! I would recommend asking for Bob if plan on shopping there! I am now very excited for my new mattress!

Scott at the Muncy location was very easy to deal with. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and after answering just a few questions he was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Not only was he super helpful in finding what I wanted he also was able to help me find what I wanted while also keeping me within the amount I agreed to spend. I had a very satisfying experience and will definitely work with Scott in the future when needed.
