We have used Sonia’s 3 times now. Once for our oldest daughter’s first birthday smash cake photoshoot, the second time for her first birthday party, and now for our wedding. They are so accommodating and do beautiful, delicious work. Thank you Carl, Sonia and team!

Ordered 4 dozen for a family birthday party. Each flavor was amazing! Sonia’s was very accommodating and helpful, creating so many unique, custom flavors for us! We will be back and not just for special occasions.

This cake was for my 30th. I went in and tried various cupcakes to pick which flavor I wanted and everything was delicious. I went with the chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and strawberry filling. It was absolutely amazing. Myself and my guests loved the cake. It was super moist and flavorful. Would highly recommend this amazing sweet shop. The family atmosphere feeling really lets you know they care about you getting the cake you will love. Thanks sonia and family 🖤

We reached out to Sonia’s about 15 months before our wedding to see if they would make our sweet treats. Knowing it was a summer Saturday and not close by, we were prepared for them to decline. They did not, even initially agreeing to deliver it there, almost 2 hours away (thankfully we eventually realized we didn’t need them to).

If you know Carl & Sonia, you know they are amazing people. They created the dessert bar of our dreams and packaged it perfectly for the trek to Rusty Rail. Guests raved! We raved and couldn’t have been more excited to have our local faves as our sweets vendor!

We have been going to Sonia's for about two years and the cupcakes are always phemonomal. They have a fantastic selection and my wife and I love to get cupcakes here regularly.

We love it so much we ordered a pair of cakes for our wedding and they absolutely exceeded all expectations. A fantastic lemon curd and blueberry white cake and a chocolate cookie dough cake. They We're so very kind to us and even offered to provide us an extra cooler bag and ice packs to ensure our cakes made it to our wedding a few hours a way whole and as delicious as the moment they were finished. I truly cannot reccomend them enough. Their cupcakes are amazing and they went out of there way to help make sure our wedding was fantastic. I reccommend them to everyone I know as the best place to get sweet treats in the greater Lehigh Valley area!

I have to say moved up here to Poconos about three years ago and never knew of any bakeries. Well in the area I searched and found this. I got home and had to try the red velvet cookie with cream cheese icing not to disappoint supper delicious. The cashier was really friendly talkative about the products they offer and we talked about cakes. Also, about memory town which is a wedding venue about 35 min from the bakery. I will defiantly be back at some point for sure even the cupcakes look to die for. They had 25-30 diff. Varieties plus more that they don’t show or rotate out know and than because about 100 plus varieties. Parking is a lil tuff as it’s a small bakery.

My Niece who is not a fan of cupcakes or any sweets, decided to purchase a dozen cupcakes for my 74th birthday. To say the least, these are the best cupcakes I have ever tasted! They are firm, moist, a great balance of icing, fillings, decoration and, definitely, just the right amount of sweetness. She, my Sister and I sat there taste-tasting each and every one... I can't even decide which one I liked best and neither could they.
Sonia's was so helpful and nice in assisting my Neice in her choices, delivering them on time!

We enlisted Sonia's to make cupcakes for our wedding instead of a cake. They had many varieties to choose from and they were all delicious. I found them very reasonably priced as well. I can't wait to come back every year for our anniversary and get a cupcake

My husband and I are newly relocated to the Stroudsburg area. My search to find a delicious birthday cake led me to Sonia's. I am so happy that I gave her a try. My husband loves chocolate chip cookie dough, so I decided to go with a 6" chocolate chip cookie dough cake since we were only feeding a few. The final product was impressive. Absolutely delicious and decadent! The cake was so moist and the filling was generous. We will definitely be back in the future to try more baked goods.

They were wonderful to work with for our small wedding! They made the cake and cupcakes, all beautiful and delicious. The cake came out looking just like a log, packaged awesome for us to pick it up, and the cupcakes were amazingly decorated! Fantastic flavors and beautiful! Carl was wonderful also, he answered all of our questions and made the entire experience really easy. Highly recommend!

Best bakery in the area! Carl is great to work with and Sonia did an amazing job with our wedding cake design. They are very open to ideas regarding designs and flavors. The cookies, pastries, cupcakes & cakes are delicious!

Sonia’s Sweet Inspirations made our wedding cake and it was better than I could’ve imagined! Sonia is such a talented baker. It looked and tasted PERFECT! We chose 2 flavors - chocolate hazelnut and vanilla. Everyone was talking about how pretty and tasty our cake was. Karl is such a kind person as well, they are so organized and made me feel like we were in really good hands.

Delicious and soooo worth the drive and the calories! Fiancé bought me all these treats for my birthday and I didn’t finish it all but so far, I loved what I’ve tried! Rainbow cake was my favorite!!

Absolutely amazing bakery. Carl made sure to call me a week before my wedding to confirm the order and check for any adjustments or add ons. Sure enough I needed an additional sheet cake and he added it on with no problem. Everyone loved the strawberries and cream cake and the variety of cupcakes he made (vanilla, chocolate, pumpkin, banana, apple and red velvet). Definitely recommend!

Sonia made our wedding cake and it was out of this world! At our tasting it was very difficult to decide on which of her amazing flavors to choose, but ultimately this pumpkin cake was perfect for us. The tasting, delivery, and customer service were all flawless. Would highly recommend Sonia for any event.

The cupcakes are great. I had them last week at a friend's house and liked them so much I just had to buy me some cupcakes today and they were a big hit. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out the owner was also Brazilian and they had a Brazilian dessert called Quindim which I hadn't had in years. I highly recommend this place. There were so many great choices. My wife's favorite was the raspberry. I love anything chocolate but also enjoyed the passion fruit.

Amazing all around. Their cake in a jar is absolutely beautiful and delicious! They make THE BEST cupcakes in the Poconos. Hands down.

We found Sonia's last year and she has never disappointed. In addition to cakes and cupcakes (phenomenal), our daughter's last 2 bday cakes came from there and they were delicious! They're true artists and we can't wait to see what they come up with next!
