Courtyard by Marriott Lancaster

If you ever have to stay in Lancaster PA, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
And it’s not the hotel, it’s the staff!
The hotel is great don’t get me wrong!
But the staff! From the front desk amazing help and kindness to Tina at Starbucks that made the best coffee and knew what I wanted before I even made it to the counter. (the sweetest most awesome lady ever!)
The guys who waited on us and cooked our food and were so personable! Housekeeping, if we needed it the were happy to help!
Just absolutely a fantastic experience in such a sad time for us to have to be here. Kudos to Marriott for the most amazing staff! Customer service at its best!!! Thank you for making our stay warm and welcoming!

Bestow everything. Number one. When you check in on a Sunday and the GM is working the desk. She was great. Always a must stay when in Lancaster.

I've stayed here for work twice now and I have had great experiences. My only complaint is that they forgot to freshen my room both times. The rooms are so nice and you can't beat the location. Looking forward to my next visit!

We had a one night stay. Room seemed a little small with the sofa bed out, but otherwise the room was nice for the price. I loved that no sunlight came in the room in the morning, which is super rare. The pool and hot tub area were nice, and fresh towels were provided. Snacks and bar drinks/Starbucks were overpriced. Overall, would stay here again. Front desk staff was great with check out, and interacted with my kids.

We stayed here last weekend. It was such a nice experience. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They went out if their way to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we were pleased with our stay. We will be going back for our next trip to Lancaster!

A wonderful stay! They let us check in early, great because of my husband's sleep patterns. We got a nap, went to our Sight and Sound matinee, had dinner, came back, used the pool and hot tub, and got a very solid night's sleep, until 9:15 a.m. How nice that they have noon checkout. Room was spotless, and bed was really comfortable. Location... not terrible, but no food options really close by... but if you drive about 1/2 mile, there are some, plus hotel has Courtyard food service at breakfast and dinner (items for purchase.) Fran was so nice to us!

Hotel is very nice and clean highly recommend. The pool area was clean and always had fresh towels. Fire pit area is so relaxing such a great feature! The hotel staff were great. Especially Brian the bartender, he was amazing ! His drinks were outstanding! Very well spoken. Very personable. I’m a “Dirty Martini Girl” he made it perfectly! Orange crush I highly recommend getting as well, very delicious and fresh. 10/10 experience! I will definitely be back

Very good location. The room was very nice and all of the employees were great!

We worked with Noah for a room block for our wedding in early February. Noah was great to work with and so helpful throughout the entire process. From adding rooms as needed to going out of his way to make sure guests were able to book, it was an easy, pain free process. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to our guests and were so helpful in handing out our welcome bags. The bar stayed open for us after our wedding so we could continue the party with our guests and we had the best night! We were treated so kind by every single person working at the hotel and no request was too big. Thank you again to everyone at the Courtyard for making our wedding so memorable and easy!

The hotel was top notch; all the amenities were superb. Hotel staff was awesome. The bartender Brian made my stay so much more enjoyable! My dirty martini was top notch Brian was mannerly, respectful and very well spoken. His manners were impeccable.

Rooms were comfortable and quiet! You just had to figure out how to adjust the individual thermostats to your comfort zone. The snack bar had a good variety of foods and the service was great. There's a small indoor pool with a hot tub and a nice little gym to boot!

This Marriott is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. It is very clean and the Bristo has good food and the attendant Bryant is the best. He was thorough and attentive to the details of my orders. I am picky, he also made a good drink. The elevators and halls were so clean, I always check these areas to see if the small detailed areas are clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The front desk staff was great too( Wesley and GG). Thank you for a pleasant weekend.

We got married on 10/22/22 in Lancaster and had our hotel room block there. Noah helped us every step of the way and was beyond helpful and kind in adding rooms for us and any other requests we had - we had 40-50 rooms for our wedding which was so awesome to have everyone in the same place! His customer service was truly amazing!

The staff was so kind to all of our guests and helpful in handing out our welcome bags as well as early check-ins for those that needed it. The bar stayed open late for us after the wedding and it was so nice to hang outside by the firepit with everyone. The breakfast and coffee bar in the morning was convenient for all our guests. The rooms were extremely clean also. We had a complimentary suite and 12 girls and 3 hair/makeup artists fit in the room comfortably to get ready in the morning. They even brought us extra stools and towels without having to ask.

Overall, the location, kindness of employees, cleanliness and convenience made this hotel a 10/10! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anybody looking for a wedding room block.

I spent there one week. Everything was ok. Outside you can find campfire, were you can seat around in the evening and relax. Very nice and helpful staff. So far they have the best breakfasts from all my hotels in US.

This place is the best hotel I've ever stayed at for this price point. I've stayed at hotels that charged double what you pay here that weren't as good as this courtyard. They recently remodeled and created a perfect balance of crisp and cozy. Their amenities are fantastic. The indoor pool and hot tub is lovely and well maintained and the bistro bar has a decent selection of food items and a great selection of drinks. Their staff is fantastic and very accommodating.

All I can say is thanks. We were booked for 2 nights. We were at a college wrestling event. We had to leave early due to an injury.
But we showed up at 9:30 at night.
The 2 girls at the desk were so nice so concerned. It was late I didn't expect anything our room was paid for. They credited our money back.
They called us to see if we were okay.
None of that was necessary. That my friends is just plain nice. Caring people is what can make or break an experience.

I spent 3 weeks at the hotel and I have no complaints at all. The room was comfortable, housekeeping kept the room clean. The Bistro Bar staff were outstanding !! I definitely recommend it.

Yesterday I checked in early at this Courtyard. We had a wedding nearby the next day. Later when I brought another wedding guest to check in, I realized that I was at the wrong location. The receptionist, KLG, at the desk was so gracious. She was patient and accommodating, when I was the one who had made the mistake. We were able make a last minute reservation at the correct Courtyard. KLG allowed us to check
out and did not charge us for the room, I am so grateful. I just became a Marriott Rewards member and I am impressed with my first interaction with Marriott.

All staff were very friendly. The inside, outside and room was very clean and updated. The strawberry, goat cheese arugula salad was delicious. We highly recommend this Courtyard!

Great hotel. Quiet. Didn't eat at the Cafe because the food was too foofoo for us to enjoy. Not in the heart of Lancaster but not far enough away to be disappointed. Excellent staff. Will visit again for sure.
