Everyone needs to stop here! About 3 years ago I was taking this route on the way to Hershey's and I noticed the little shop in the curve. I wonder to myself exactly what they sold since they apparently had a retail sales area. Fast forward and I was driving again to Hershey today and there It was again. I turned around and immediately drove back. I'm so glad I did.

The peanut butter cream cookie is a go out and get it now. It is extremely sweet and rich with an excellent peanut butter flavor.

This is going to sound really strange but the pecan frosties have very slight flavor. It reminded me of a chewy pecan. Sandie. It is so delicate and light that it's about 10 seconds before you really start to taste anything. When you do. It's just a very light background pecan flavor, but the chewy wonderfulness of the cookie makes you just love it. I give it a would recommend and I definitely would purchase them again.

And now for the sticky buns. I'm not a fan of raisins so I got the one without the raisins. It was fantastic! I totally wouldn't recommend you purchasing one.

Everything I tried here was fantastic and I will be stopping by again.

Found this place while taking a drive. So glad we did! Got the garlic rye ... gosh it was good! Also grabbed the onion pumpernickel from the freezer. Also got a small sticky bun ... so good! Definitely will be back!

Great staff, delicious bread and sticky buns! Atmosphere is a bit tricky as they really have a kitchen and counter set-up, so that part of the star rating is tricky. Great food, though, and worth the trek.

Great people, great bread. Usually buy some frozen and fresh. Added the potato white to my order this time and loved it.

Wanted to says worlds best sticky buns. With cup of coffee After tasting them I believe this to be true. I also got a loaf of garlic rye bread that was exceptional. The flavors were not overpowering just perfect. Cookie tray my kids loved them I’m definitely coming back soon the drive from Maryland was worth it. Very aforrarle prices

The pecan rolls, sticky buns and cinnamon raisin bread was the most delicious I have ever eaten. I also had a healthy bite rolled in coconut ( I just can not stop
Thinking about them) This is a found gem for our family.

We travel quite a bit. It's always awesome to find great local places. This is one of the best bakery's we've ever found.

The best sticky buns ever. We order with extra sugary goodness (goo).Then, cut them separating the top and bottom . Butter them and fry them until golden brown. Be careful. The sugar is hot.

Such a cute place. Sticky buns are outrageously good. Especially fresh out of the oven.

This is a wonderful bakery with charming, kind, & friendly staff. Fragrance inside is heavenly, an added treat! Prices are fair given the freshness & commitment to quality. But do find it a little surprising to hear that you do NOT slice the loaves of bread...is it perhaps because fresh-from-the-oven bread is too delicate to cut? Looking forward to my next visit.

This is the best cinnamon raisin bread I've ever had! It's hand molded with no preservatives and should only be eaten with real butter because it deserves the best! You'll also love the raisin sticky buns, and don't leave without a pumpkin whoopie pie!

We have been getting Michael’s Raisin bread for years. We drive to
Lancaster specifically for it. It is hands done the utmost best bread!!
There are SO many raisins in each slice, you can’t count them all!
Their cookies and sticky buns are fantastic also.
Try Michael’s once and I promise you will be hooked forever. 👍👍👍

I must have passed this shop twenty times and have never timed it right to stop in. Finally had the chance today and am glad I did. The sticky buns were fantastic. They were actually out of the freshly baked but they recommended cold ones to take home and let thaw to room temp. I didn’t know if they would be the same but they were fantastic. Very impressed. Workers were incredibly nice. Will make it a point to stop in when in that area.

Michael's is a cute little bakery that had our long sought-after Raisin Bread w/ icing. Definitely recommend going to Michael's while in Lancaster County, Pa.

We visit Lancaster County at least 4 times a year and each time we make sure we visit Michael's Breads. Great sticky buns and cinnamon raisin bread. Other kinds of bread, cookies and pies are available. There are also day old items at a discount available. Don't bypass this hidden gem located just outside of Strasburg.
