I had a great experience here. First visit, they did not know me. Very attentive staff that were attractive and receptive. What else could you want? Wings were cooked perfectly. Thank you! I will be back

This is your "favorite hometown bar" sort of place. The crowd seems to be late 20s and up, it's not a club scene. But if you're looking for good food, cold beer and a pool table, stop in.

The food is hot and the drinks are cold. The atmosphere is inviting and everyone there are friendly. We enjoy the wings with honey mustard sauce, and the pretzels with beer cheese. Open late and the kitchen cooks until later as well which is great because the other restaurants close earlier.

Went for lunch. They have a simple, small menu. Food surprisingly good. Got a Philly cheesesteak and a burger. Cheesesteak very good (but wrong roll to be "Philly accurate", but that's nitpicking). Burger was crazy thick and juicy, well seasonehee! Had the beer battered fries, a nice change, just a simple beer batter. No crazy seasoning. There is a nice outdoor deck as well. Waitress was friendly. Go visit her!

We stopped by for lunch and had an incredible Philly cheesesteak. Was surprised by how good the food and service were at this little bar.

Always a warm welcoming and very friendly staff, great prices. The gumbo was a damn hit. Wouldve gotten 5 gal. If I could have 🤣 I'm a local but you would never tell, everyone Is beyond accepting of me. (Which I find difficult at times at various other places in the area)

Headed for someplace else that was closed. S I just stumbled into the hourglass and had a Philly cheesesteakthat was way better than I expected. Definitely worth going out of your way for.

We came from out of state and stopped on a whim.
Went back the next day after having a great time the day before.
We're already planning on a trip back later this year.

Excellent food, cold beer, reasonable prices, great service, comfortable environment. Love this place. My husband and I like going to The Hourglass when we feel like a day outing, because it's a bit of a drive for us.

The best burgers! Beer battered, fresh cut, waffle - so many fries and they're all good!Decent selection of beer. Smoking allowed, well ventilated (busy weekend evenings, it can get a little smokey).

Stopped in while I was staying at a hotel nearby. The food was good and the bartenders were nice. Good spot if you're looking for an alternative to fast food while passing through.

If you haven't tried the lunch specials here you are missing out. The daily specials have amazing soups and great comfort food. Large portions for a small price.

This is a great little bar, last night was my first visit and from the moment we walked in the door everyone was friendly and inviting. The food was great as well.
