I’ll only shop at northeast music center, jack and Tyler are extremely intelligent and experienced in music in general and music equipment. I’ve made several expensive purchases from these guys and every question I’ve ever had I got a great answer. Every experience I’ve had here was great and you feel a personal connection to the gentleman of this store not anything you’ll ever get at a guitar center!

This is the best shop in the area hands down. The best guitar and effects selection around, but also the quality of workmanship when you need a piece of your rig fixed is unmatched. I frequently recommend this store when friends ask where to go.

I visited the Martin guitar factory and wanted to buy my dream guitar from Martin themselves. I was very disappointed with the stock available for purchase at the factory. I search guitar shops in the area and Northeast Music Center had a few guitars I had been considering in stock. The sales associate went above and beyond to help me locate my guitar. They had several higher end martins and the associate listened to me play each guitar and helped me determine the best sound one! They even offered to pull one out of the box, which is the one I ended up walking out of the store with. This shop is a gem and I wish I lived closer! I cannot recommend this place enough! If you have any questions or are deciding between instruments, give them a call!

I haven't played guitar in years and spoke with the guy behind the counter that I was getting back into playing. Told him the style I was interested in playing and he showed me a nice Ibanez that would fit my price range and would be suited well for being "new" to guitars again. Asked him to demo it and without hesitation took it to an Amp, played through and explained all the functions of the guitar. Most importantly I didn't once feel talked down on, and was a very friendly experience. Will definitely be back.

Purchased a beautiful Martin guitar only to have it get smashed by my dogs a week after I got it. I was crushed (like my guitar). The front soundboard had become from the ring on the top side, above the sound hole, and I could hear the broken pieces of mounting rattling around inside. I called Northeast Music Center, since they are an authorized Martin repair center, and they had me bring the guitar in for a look. Three days later - my brand new guitar is back home. Like new again, and if you ask me - it sounds better now. So I have a guitar with a story, and none of this would not have been possible without Northeast Music Center. If you want it done right, go see the pros. Oh, they also did a proper job getting my B9 Washburn in playing condition again. Could not be more pleased.

Jack found a warped saddle, a crooked neck, Strings were so high. Returned it to Taylor, Jack got me a new one with an upgrade for the same price ! Can’t say enough about this place , they truly are the Best around… anywhere!!! Thank you, thank you thank you.!!!!!!awesome technicians.

My experience with Northeast Music Center has been great. Jack, the owner, is incredibly passionate about his activity. He does everything in his power to take care of his customers and to make them happy. I am in Europe but, despite the distance, Jack was very responsive, and answered promptly to all my questions. He did an awesome job trying to find the best solution to satisfy my request. At Northeast Music Center, you'll find the best customer service you might hope for.

The guys here fixed an old cello for me. Reasonable prices, amazing service, and wonderful people. One of the gentlemen saw I had my own hands full with my children and went the extra mile by carrying the cello out to my car for me. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic shop! I've been looking for a store that stocked PRS SE acoustics, called around to a few different shops before calling Northeast Music Center. Jack was incredibly helpful over the phone, and verified for us that they did indeed have both the A40E and A50E models I wanted to check out. I decided to make the 2+ hour trip up there from Lancaster County and it was well worth the drive! I was given plenty of time to play and consider the two guitars, without feeling pressured at all. Jack was just as great in person as he was on the phone, answering my questions and giving me good insight, ultimately helping me decide to bring home a beautiful guitar. My favorite store in the whole world and I’ve never stepped inside. They are the business model to follow, kind, knowledgeable and personable.

I drove 2.5 hours to compare two expensive Martin guitars ($4k +). What I appreciated most was Jacks concern the guitars would not get damaged in any way as I played them. He actually requested I remove my coat and not use a capo. Some may be offended by such a request and be turned off, but I appreciated it immensely. It tells me he wants to insure any customer walking away with a guitar he sells is in as pristine condition as it was when it arrived. Let's face it, any guitar played by others is really a 'used' guitar, but this insures it is 'new like'. His knowledge and help in other areas was also appreciated.

This is the type of seller I want to do business with and will turn to first when looking for a new guitar or help.

I've had work done on multiple guitars, as well as bought my first Taylor here. Have had nothing but great experiences. Jack and his staff are very knowledgeable with none of that "Bro, I'm a rockstar" vibe you get at alot of music stores. Everyone there just loves music and knows alot about the gear involved. Awesome place!

Really nice guys who run this place. I was looking at a blue one just like this and they asked me if I had seen the green ones yet. He went next door and got one and I came home with the green one lol
Amazing guitar from a great guitar shop.

A few weeks ago I traveled 2+ hours to Northeast Music Center to play some PRS's and maybe go home with one.
I was really interested in the Custom 22. Although they were sold out of the Custom 22, I spent a couple of hours playing the other PRS's that they had in stock. Everyone at the shop was very nice and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a Custom 24. After playing it that night, and giving it a lot of thought, I decided that I really wanted the Custom 22 and that I should have been more patient. The CU24 was beautiful and played wonderfully but my only other electric is a 24 fret (98 LP DC). So the next day I called to ask if I could return the CU24 for a CU22. They said that it wouldn't be a problem other than they didn't have a CU22. Jack the owner told me that he would contact PRS and get a CU22 from the factory as soon as they built one that didn't have a name on it. I asked if he wanted me to return the guitar that I had and he said that I could hold on to it and return it when I picked up the new guitar. A week later I got a call from Jack and he sent an email of 3 new CU22's that I could choose from. I did the drive again that day and made the switch. As he had done with the first guitar Jack put it on the bench and went over it to make sure that everything was setup to spec. I couldn't have had a better experience and am glad that I chose to buy my PRS from Northeast Music Center.

I went in to get my guitar strings replaced and the owner who helped me was very nice he talked me through what types of strings he has and what might work best for me, He replaced my strings in less than 5 minutes and talked to me while doing it. I will be difficulty going back in the future and you can't beat the price. He also cleaned my guitar for me which I appreciate. Thank you

Would give this shop 10 stars if I could, I order from out of state and have had a far better experience then I have had with the big retailers. Ive ordered a really nice prs guitar and other subsequent items that they shipped to me, all have come in impeccable condition, packaged great. If I ever have an issue they handle it, communication is crystal clear and prompt, Jack is excellent to deal with, couldn't be happier. Cheers-
